The air purifier and the bathroom spray are making noises that can be disturbing.

Easy to walk to from the center. Nice bed. Fridge and snacks available. Good communication. Nice shower.

Tv seemed to have a bug wouldn’t work even on YouTube etc but not a big issue.

Did what it said on the tin! Nothing fancy but ok for my needs. Loved the plentiful tea ( good quality tea bags) and cakes. Room was clean as was the shower room. Plenty of gels etc

The room should have numberings on them, the description on the mail was really helpful however I feel it would be more helpful if the rooms had number for easy identification. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay.

The room is very cosy and homey and the owners clearly put a lot of thought into the setup. The attention to detail is absolutely lovely. Both the bedroom and the bathroom were very clean and come with all the necessary equipment (and more). Both checking in and checking out was completely self-managed and very easy. Thank you for a lovely stay at a great location!

Getting in involves following a sequence of picture instructions, returning to home message to access the next message. As mobile internet was poor, it took me some time to get in. Once in everything was very good.

Clean private shower room and facilities. Very well equipped. Not just tea and coffee but croissants, biscuits etc, Also fridge, microwave, hair dryer, iron etc! Good communication, Convenient location in the jewellery quarter. Plenty of bars and food places and at least 2 good music venues nearby, The Jam house, I think this was Jules Hollands place. There was a good Latin jazz band on the night I stayed. Also theres the Actress and Bishop, which had an open mic night and DJ. Under a mile walk from New street station, so easily walkable with just hand luggage

The host is one of the loveliest people you could wish to meet! She also provided tea / coffee / biscuits and toiletries, and filtered water. In terms of the room, there is a microwave and a good sized fridge. Almost unbeatable value for money. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Not at all an issue with the host but this property is a short distance within the Birmingham LEZ, which means some cars who cross incur a daily charge of £8 on top of parking costs. It would be useful if the listing noted this as prior knowledge of the zone limits would have helped avoid the cost.

Great location for my needs, and good clear instructions on how to enter the room. A great power shower and a comfy bed, good sized en suite room with fantastic extras included eg. microwave, fridge, fan& heater, toiletries etc. My lovely host made herself known once I'd settled in and couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Very homely comfortable experience.

Better Wi-Fi signal would be helpful if you need to work online. Not essential though as I could connect to my phone.

Brilliant breakfast and a lovely comfortable quiet stay. Caroline ans Jeffrey went out of their way to make my stay go well. They even drive into Stowmarket to deliver my purse when I’d forgotten it!
