As it’s central (Shaftesbury Avenue) it can be a bit noisy until the early hours, even in a Monday and Tuesday evening.

The blind in the bedroom didn't quite cover the window and the lamppost outside was very bright. There were 3 of us staying but only a 2 seater sofa in living room. Location is great for theatres but was very noisy outside on Saturday night till early hours

There was no lift which could have been an issue for one of our guests but I guess that's just what the older buildings are like so not a criticism!

The location was absolutely incredible, especially for a theatre lover like myself. The space was beautiful, including great rooms and clean and modern bathrooms.

The only thing I would mention is to highlight on the apartment description there are four flights of stairs to climb as this would not suit everyone.

No balcony as showed on the photos If you are on the top floor enjoy the 70 plus stairs to get to it!

Couldn’t get a better location right in the heart of China town and theatre district, Trafalgar square only a 2 minute walk away. I was a-bit apprehensive when the reviews said it was noisy at night time but didn’t hear a thing when the windows were closed.

The place was clean, but there was a bag of dirty bed coverings in a laundry bag stuffed into a wardrobe off the main hall. It gave the apartment a dormitory smell when we first arrived. We opened the windows for a couple of days, and got used to it, and in fact extended our stay - such was the excellent location.

You need to be Really fit to get up those stairs. Getting to the 4th floor especially with luggage was not fun. There were also lots of bags left on the small landing outside our door as well as cleaning products which also made access a little awkward and just wasn't what we expected to see at such a prime location and such an otherwise lovely property.

Beds rick hard. Couldn’t open Windows enough to cool down. 4 flights up no lift. Cleaning materials snd dirty laundry dumped in front of front door of flat. Very noisy.

The shower did not work properly in the en suite and the water pressure was very low. WiFi was a little erratic and slow.

Excellent location, modern decor, in good nick,very clean, liked the self check in and checkout. Had everything we needed for a short break. Enough space for us all (4 including two teens) reasonably well sound insulated in a busy part of town.

Carrying a case up to 4th floor on a narrow winding staircase was tiresome. Noise on a night time went on to early hours. It was advertised as luxury accommodation so I would of thought a luxury was supplying anti bacterial soap to wash hands and any bacterial sprays, this has been supplied in all other accommodations I have stayed in during the COVID-19 period. The lobby outside the flat door had a pile of items including a Hoover left there, not a welcoming site!

Good location, walking distance to Leicester Square, Covent Garden and Oxford Street. Tube 5 mins away.

Apartment 4. There was a lack of important information provided by home.ly. Specifically the fact that there is no elevator. It's a very hard climb to the top floor via 8 flights of narrow steep stairs. There was a high deposit charge and some fixtures and fittings were shabby or not functioning properly. The smell of sewage in one of the bedrooms was awful. Poor water pressure. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Entry is by passcode which did not work. Was stuck outside the apartment unable to get in for over an hour. Was eventually given a new pass code to gain entry.

Awful smell of sewage coming from the the main bedroom acess panel, me and my partner had to sleep on the sofa bed it was that bad. When we arrived at the apartment at 5pm the cleaner was still using the apartment to empty waste water from cleaning the stairs after we arrived. No lighting on the level of the apartment as the lamps have failed on the stairs.
