The only problem it was not mentioned there’s no lift and the property was located on 3rd floor. Carrying a heavy suitcase and a bad knee was so difficult.

The bed was slightly hard and the pillows a little thin. The bedding for the sofa bed was little tired. The shower head fixture in the ensuite is split and could break away soon.

No real negatives - just worth mentioning the apartment was up 4 flights of fairly steep stairs, and a last minute significant security bond was required, which may catch some people out.

Fantastic location in walking distance of most central London attractions and transport options. A treat to have a whole apartment, well presented, with friendly communication throughout the booking process - and the little welcome box of goodies on the bench was appreciated.

They sent us the wrong door code and we had to wait for someone to message us back to get the correct code. The Crib we requested was not set up and someone had to come back to deliver it.

To finalise the booking and prepare for the check in you need to register on the other website and that initial exchange was cumbersome. The facilities are in the fair condition but the sofa-bed is near impossible to sleep on (can't imagine it for 2 people). The water pressure in the shower was very low.

This small apartment has a perfect location for a short stay in London when you use the place just to sleep. Codes used at the entrance are an easy way to access the location without additional stress.

Felt a bit grubby in areas. Eg main area needed a good floor scrub. Felt sticky. Also when we pulled cushions off the pull out bed someone crumbs from previous clients was all over the bed. Underside of that mattress was badly stained too.

No bedding provided for the sofa bed. Not enough towels provided for a group of 4 people. Windows were extremely thin and could hear every noise/conversation happening in the street below.

Location was incredible. Right in the centre of everything and short walks to public transport. Nice and cosy, comfortable bed.

Nothing! The stairs could be challenging for the less sprightly but not an issue for us. If i was to suggest anything to make this property even better I would say coat hooks by the entrance and one on each bedroom door would be great. Then a foldaway luggage rack in each bedroom for unpacking, its tempting to throw cases on the lovely white beds but luggage wheels are filthy from the streets...just an idea x

Enjoyed an amazing weekend at this fabulous property. The location was spot on. We are a family of four, mum, dad & two six foot teenage boys, so we used both double rooms and the sofa bed. 2 bathrooms was great too! Flat 3 was modern, clean and hugely spacious for central London and perfect for us. Its was great to have the light from windows and juliet balconies to watch the street below. Great to have kitchen facilities but we only used the kettle, toaster & fridge choosing to eat out. We love the buzz of the city streets so dont mind a bit of noise, love to people watch. The triple glazing was sufficient to block most of it out at night and our sleep was never disturbed so it was never an issue for us. Ive stayed in many London apartments & hotels, this one was my fave so we will defo return! Thank you Home.ly

the sofa bed is very uncomfortable and not suitable for two grownups. The apartment is very noisy from the street, ear plugs helped us sleep. The curtains don’t block the light.

The location is central, close to all the main attractions, but it is on a big street so it gets very noisy inside. The apartment was clean and well equipped, the bedroom bed was ok but the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Hosts were very responsive, they supplied us with two extra fans at our request.
