Property was ok we thought breakfast was included but we were told it wasn’t due to the set to book which to me looked like it was included they said it wasn’t so had to pay an extra £39.99! We had 2 children who were under 7 and was charged adult prices!

The only thing we had a problem with is that we could hear the bar downstairs with the juke box going until late in the evening. We had an early start so this wasn’t helpful trying to get off to sleep. Maybe some sound proofing on the rooms or a reduced volume of the juke box after 10pm would help.

The room was cold and overlooked the main road so was very noisy (not double glazed). There was a hand basin in the room but the hot water tap didn't work. The teabags in the room were very stale. There was no shelf or caddy in the shower to put shampoo etc.

The bed was comfortable even though it sloped downhill. The shower was nice and hot and the towels were big and fluffy.

I think this was advertised as 4 star... but I have stayed in better 2 stars in this area (in Llandudno) Our room was not advertised as shared bathroom. Land ladies response was that it wasn't advertised as ensuite or private bathroom. Please update description if you don't like this review. Advertised with shower & bath, but actually its more like shared shower or bath, depending on room. Still decent value. Note some rooms ARE indeed ensuite, so they really need to have a better description.

The room could have been cleaned to a higher standard and there wasn't much hot water in the morning. No toiletries in the bathroom, all small issues, nothing major.

Only real down side was a shared bathroom. Which is ok, but no shower facility, only a bath. Virtually everyone showers these days.

The staff were lovely. The bedding was fresh and the breakfast was really nice. The bar downstairs was highly convienient and parking was good.

They stayed awake to welcome me and another set of guests close to midnight. The room and bed was comfortable and I slept well.

Nothing that the hotel could do but the weather for our tour of Wales was awful. It was also the start of the 20pmh era and taking an age to traverse a roundabout was frustrating.

As I would expect on Anglesey the location was quiet, which suited us as we were touring with our car; there was plenty of free parking too. We received a warm and friendly welcome and our room and the bathroom were clean and well maintained. There was no restaurant on the night we stayed but we found a very nice Indian restaurant nearby and had some drinks in the bar before retiring for the night. We paid extra for the breakfast which was freshly cooked, substantial and value for money

There was no hot water at all, had a choice of freezing water or less freezing water for shower.

Was a good location to stay before heading to ferry for Ireland and the bar lady was lovely, so friendly and helpful. Room was basic but fine to sleep in for night

The location is very good, everything is very close to the beach and the town. The rooms are very spacious and the staff is friendly and helpful. We were very pleased with our stay and will definitely come back soon. Thank you . You can hear music from the pub but it all depends on whether it bothers someone or not.

Noisy downstairs until 11.30 ish and could hear in our room which made it hard for our 8 month old to fall asleep. Staff questioned our booking initially- we had cancelled one room as my parents couldn’t make it- eventually let it stand that we had cancelled a room. Didn’t eat at the hotel but there was only one vegetarian option available.

The room had an en-suite with a bath.

The room was not "en suite" and there was no hot water (apart from the shower) in the two bathrooms that were shared by five guest rooms, or in the guest rooms themselves. There was no plug in the shower room hand basin. The room was not serviced at all until after a complaint. There was no remote control for the TV, which was eccentric to control without. The hairdryer provided was US.

There was no breakfast. The location was convenient for my purposes.
