PARKING SHOULD BE ALLOWED FREE FOR ONE CAR FOR AN IN-HOUSE GUEST AND IF IT COSTS AROUND £100 PER NIGHT. I THINK THE HOTEL WILL BE FULLY BOOKES AT ALL TIMES BUT COMPARING THE LOCATION AND SURROUNDING OF THE HOTEL. IT SEEMS TO BE QUITE BETTER THAN OTHER HOTELS OF THE SAME RANGE.

EVERYTHING WAS ACCORDING TO MY EXPECTATIONS. ESPECIALLY SYON PARK BECAUSE I CAN'T MISS MY MORNING WALK AND WAS VERY CLOSE TO THE HOTEL. HOTEL'S LOCATION WAS ALSO GOOD SINCE I DON'T PREFER BUSY AREAS WITH NEARBY AMENITIES.

Booked an executive room which certainly wasn’t that standard. Car parking is difficult, two lifts for a six floor property one of which was out of order for our entire stay. Plates and glasses left outside room doors for hours. Charged for car parking which was part of our package (refunded later) room unserviced on second day, no chocolates or biscuits as promised. Stopped complaining as didn’t want to be difficult customers!

Location is excellent. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Wasn't expecting to be woken up both mornings just after 5.30am by loud low flying aeroplanes (even with the window closed). Had hoped soundproofing would've been better for somewhere located on a flight path. Also had no mobile phone signal in my room, and the friendly staff were unfortunately unable to help me get onto the encrypted WiFi with the password provided. Could only access Internet and phone line by sitting on the seat outside the front entrance (which was actually quite pleasant, apart from the background traffic noise).

Lovely comfy bed, very clean, and impressively spacious bathroom. Pleasant staff. Nice and relaxing bar area. Hotel itself is very easy to find, with it's canalside location.

Breakfast choices very good, if I’m going to be picky I would say that the hot food could have been hotter but I think that is partly caused by other people not replacing the covers. Location great for us as attending Twickenham Stadium.

I could not fault anything!

Perfectly located hotel on the Grand Union Canal. Our room had views over the lock. Very quiet, comfortable room with tea/coffee facilities and biscuits! Very clean room. We had a choice of hard or soft pillows which is really important to achieve a good night's sleep away from home!

Only one built in bedside table. When 4 people in a room I'd expect tables either side of both double beds. Plus sockets next to the beds too. Really surprised Holiday Inn don't have this as standard.

The staff were lovely. My daughter was very ill on our last night and they were very helpful.

There was only one member of staff checking people in. I had to wait longer than I'd expected for 1 booking infront of me. Not ever a issue at raddison or Hilton.

Kane checked me in, swift polite and friendly. After mentioning I may be swayed to holiday inns being my first stay at one and being a Hilton and raddison regular, he gave me a complimentary room upgrade. The executive room was lovely and spacious just how i like it.

The check-in was easy and made easier because we could not scan the QR code in order to pay the car park fee. The receptionist was able to do this for us. The room was comfy, warm and very clean. The bed was very comfortable with a choice of pillows; hard or soft. The tea/coffee facilities were unexpected and welcoming. The bathroom was spotless.
