Sorry to mention it: no toilet brushes and therefore .....unhappy looks at times. No cupboard. Surely locally tipical, but no cheese at all for breakfast, despite many German visitors or other countries who eat it at breakfasts.

Good place, quit close to the centre. Not luxurious of course, but really acceptable and as we wished with very nice view in higher floors. I got the room as I hoped far from lift or passing area and beside this the ladies and gentlemen who worked there were really very friendly and helpful, one of the high points.

Noisy from the road outside as bed too close to the window Small bedside table between the beds so had to put receptionist phone on the floor as not enough room to accommodate books phones and glass of water. Only one chair so one of us had to sit on the bed . Wardrobe space adequate but no sets of drawers for rest of clothing. Could have done with more help on the bar one person is not enough to serve drinks and take food orders especially when busy

The breakfast choices weren't great. Some cheese, salami or ham would have made it much better. A small bar fridge would have been useful as well.

The location, the nu.43 bus is very close to the hotel. It's a clean hotel, great wifi, comfortable bed and a bath tub which is hard to find in hotels.

It was a bit further than we thought, but there are several buses stopping right in front of the hotel that take you to the city centre

Breakfast was good, many options even gluten-free section. It can get a bit busy, but the staff sorts this out. The room was small but cozy and the bed was comfortable.

Starting to look a little bit worn down. Sewer smell in the bathroom, hairdryer did not work and the carpeting was quite dirty in the room.

Quite easy to move to city center with bus. A cheaper alternative than staying in the city center.

Elevators need to be bigger in capacity!! As I notice a flow of guests in and out and when they are checkin and checkout struggle with their luggage bringing them in and out. Elevator need servicing as well.

Hotel was comfortable and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Very handy for transport into the city with the bus stop virtually right outside the door, running every 20 minutes or so with a 10 minute journey.

Breakfast quality can be improved by lowering number of food options. Room size is too small. We booked three rooms but one of them is much smaller than the others.
