Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomHotel is about to be renovated so it's bit tired. AC not working so rooms can be a bit stuffy but fans were provided which really helped.
Great location to T5 with only a 10 minute bus ride to Terminal and cheap at £1-2 every 30 mins on local bus. Good little pub selling nice Thai food across the road. Nice and quiet.

Easy to locate, excellent welcome from v helpful receptionist. Massively exceeded my expectations for the price I paid. Really clean and fresh smelling and comfy. Kettle, iron and board full size hairdryer and toiletries and not the industrial kind you get in some well known lodges/inns . Perfect for a break in a long journey. Only 8 mins easy drive to Heathrow and an hour to central london

Absolutely fantastic hotel! The manager is amazing, she is so lovely and friendly. The whole hotel is very clean and in fantastic condition throughout. The pizza is lovely and the alcohol is very well priced compared to the competition.

United StatesWe were hot at night, but realize many places don’t have air conditioning. They do have a chiller unit, but doesnt keep rooms cool. They did furnish us with fans which did help some. Under new management who are working hard to make the hotel even better.
Immaculately clean. Spacious room. Wonderful staff! The staff member Prabo is so sweet, and tries to do everything possible to ensure a pleasant stay. Bus stops right outside hotel for airport and London transportation.

I had a really comfortable nights stay, and I used it before travelling to Hampton Court. My room was very clean, had everything I needed, and staff were helpful. Parking was £15 for one night, but it was behind some locked gates, so I was happy it was secure.
