Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomStayed for 2 nights and room we was staying in didn’t get cleaned when we was told our room would be cleaned when leaving the room and putting the sign on the door to say we was out and for our room to be cleaned. Also price of parking was £30.00 for 48hrs which we wasn’t advised about when booking.
Location was nice and easy to find, in the middle of everything you need around. Location of hotel is opposite the main shopping centre and all attractions around are within walking distance.

United KingdomThe noise at night, we stayed on a Saturday which had had glorious weather so there were more than afew noisy people making their way home in the early hours from neighbouring bars. The receptionist on arrival was abit too ‘familiar’ and looked scruffy, but when had to call room service for something that member of staff more than made up for it 😁

United KingdomBed was too soft, when my partner moved it was very bouncy. Air con didn't work properly so room so was stuffy all night. Open window didn't relieve this much as can't open it much due to health and safety. No hairdryer but when I asked for one it was as if I was making this up as was asked more than once if I'd checked first.
Location was great as it is very close to shops, restaurants and the stadium. The person checking us in was very happy
