The reception staff were simply fantastic. Wonderfully accommodating & made this a very pleasuarable stay.

Could have a separate recycle bin in bedroom (although know that this makes extra work for staff & not everyone used them correctly)

Breakfasts were excellent. Location is perfect, just 5 minutes walk from Manchester Picadilly rail station I really liked that the housekeeping staff were quiet going about their daily cleaning and not shouting down corridors, which is just vulgar

Bar was a bit noisy but it was a Saturday.

Great location, 4 min walk from Piccadilly station and easy to get to shops and attractions. Helpful and friendly staff. Room clean and comfortable.

Some parts of the hotels fabric like carpets , beds, bathroom are starting to show they need replaced such as carpets beds tiles etc

I think the carpets were being refurbed but not yet where I was on first floor. Walls a bit thin or not sound proof I could hear my neighbour on his mobile phone throughtout the night

Could not fault our stay of 3 nights

Closeness to Rail link and center of city. Ease of check in and friendliness of staff. Great breakfast. Although the hotel was busy our room was very quiet during the night. Security was good, could not use lift unless you had a room key.

One only strange thing was the cleaner consisted to do the daily cleaning even my friend and me still in the room. Except that everything was great.

A small recepticle/waste bin near kettle/tea-making would have liked to stay longerfacility for wet T bags, milk containers etc.

Breakfast was very good, wide choice. Pre cooked eggs were good (fried ones not crispy round edges, scrambled were still soft). Staff helpful and considerate.

The noise level on the first night (Friday) was very high. There was a group of people partying in the room next to us, and also there was loud music blasting out from the basement (possibly from a bar or event going on there, which we could hear from our room on the 3rd floor. However, the reception dealt very quickly with both, and we were able to sleep without disturbance.

The hotel and room were both excellent, the bed was comfortable, the blackout curtain was great, and the bathroom was to a good standard. The staff were extremely professional and helpful, both on reception and at breakfast. The hotel is also in an excellent location, very close to the train station and town centre.

Lovely bathroom but it needed a decent rainfall shower in it with more pressure Good choice at breakfast but poor quality Bacon was hard ..beans were cold Juices tastes cheap and not the best
