Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

DenmarkHad booked a double bed and while warned that I might be getting two single beds depending on availability, I was still let down by the two single beds. Also, the pillows were thick and hard, which isn't my preferred style.
Great breakfast, excellent staff. They were very friendly, even in the middle of the night when we arrived. Room was fine and clean. Location was close to bus station and the airport, all within a few minutes of walk.

We waited over an hour and then asked, which they replied it had been forgotten and the brought out 2 stone cold main meals. By the point the restaurant was closing and we didn’t want to wait for anything else. Extremely disappointing service with little apologies

Due to flying out at 6am it was so easy for Terminal two . We booked a Taxi due to travelling with my 90 year old mum but on my own I knew it was 5mins across from the hotel and anybody else could walk .

Italycontrary to the helpfulness of all the staff encountered (night porter, staff breakfast, staff cleaning the rooms) I was very surprised by the rudeness and bad manners of the reception manager Ms Lauren at the time of check-out. She demonstrated a lack of care for the customer and a lack of respect to the company she works for and the position she holds. I recommend a customer care course to deepen the fundamental notions of communicating with the customer!
The rooms are very clean, with very modern and welcoming furnishings.
