There wasn't nothing to dislike

Checked in half 3ish Saturday front desk staff were very helpful and checked us in swiftly, Beautiful room there were 3 of us but could of easily slept 4 people, spotlessly clean, called reception as couldn't find the bedding for the sofa, without hesitation a pleasant man from housekeeping came up to sort it out , both bed and sofa bed were comfy we slept amazingly also has air conditioning which was an added bonus as it was a warm night. The hotel is right next to the North train station if you were making your visit that way, which is very ideal.

The surrounding area is sadly a bit lacking (right now it's a bit run down) We know Blackpool are trying to give certain areas a better look so it is a work in progress. The breakfast area looks lovely but some of the practicalities are missing/not been thought out. The cups/glasses are already on the tables, so you have to remember to take them up with you and keep using the same ones. The food area is a bit of a bottle neck and it wasn't that busy during our stay. Some food choices are poor-continental options are not great. Salami and a few slices of prosciutto are the only meat choices. Also the bread is covered by a Tea towel?! There are tongs for the bread but everyone used their hands to move the towel.... Most staff members at Breakfast were really friendly with only 1 exception, on our last (4th) morning this person who had been there each day asked if we'd had breakfast there before 🫤. He also looks like he doesn't want to be there.

Beautiful new hotel, everything looks great! Friendly staff on reception and some of the breakfast staff. Room was lovely and a large size too, it had a mini fridge which is so handy. There was a desk area and a small table with a chair. Really comfortable beds with feather pillows(-which we weren't so keen on) The breakfast area looks lovely. Lots of different seating options. Travel options are close by, train station is a few minutes walk away and bus stop too. There's a large Sainsburys just across the road.

Apparently a faulty batch of kettles arrived & you had to keep your finger on the “on” button all the time otherwise it switched off

During this stay there was nothing I didn’t like.

The hotel has a great location right next to the train station, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the hotel is just new and looks great!! The room is a great size and the facilities are excellent too. Really liked the hotel and will stay again.

We didn't dislike anything.

Very clean. Staff were really friendly. My daughter slept on the sofa bed and there was no cover or sheet. My husband asked for them and the maid put the sheet and duvet on it straight away. Would go back if going to Blackpool in the future.

Restaurant set up is a mess, it’s very complicated to have a dinner at the hotel, and the kitchen doesn’t seem to cope

Being new there was a few gliches not the end of the world and i know once established it will be perfect The breakfast pots.? items were not hot enough, Personally i found the bed and pillows uncomfortable maybe thats just me

A bit of a large rowdy football crowd in on this particular weekend who were rather noisy but this could be anywhere and wouldn’t stop us from returning as the hotel was great

The smart functions on the smart TV was not working, I reported it at reception, hopefully everything will be sorted for my next stay in a few weeks.

The windows do not open at all, this is fine as is normal in modern hotels but in my opinion there was a lack of air in the room and the air con was not very effective in my opinion. The drinks prices were rather high end, as is the case in most hotels unfortunately, being town centre Ma Kelly's is across the way for very reasonable prices.

Lovely, shiny new hotel. Everything was super fresh and all the staff were happy to be welcoming their new guests to the hotel. Lovely lobby and bar area (platform 9) serving a large range of drinks, cocktails and Starbucks. It was lovely to sit and relax here.

From walking into reception with Freya greeting us smiling and chatty to all the managers, staff very friendly and all working hard. The hotel had only been open 2 days it was amazing
