We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesBecause you're at the airport, and it's not terribly convenient to leave, it would have been nice to have dining options before 5 pm. There are packaged sandwiches available, but I think it would have been nice to have a better selection prior to 5 pm. There is no complimentary anything including cold water or coffee/tea in the lobby.
The location was perfect for traveling out of Heathrow. The hotel was very modern, the room extremely comfortable, and the Runway Bar was a treat. The restaurant was surprisingly good for a big chain restaurant. Our server, Girish, was a pleasure.

United KingdomI found the bar menu and drinks very expensive. The staff in the bar was helpful but there wasn’t much atmosphere. My main gripe with the hotel was the room didn’t provide any Mineral water or Biscuits etc which I have had in other hotels for less the price. Also no dressing gown and slippers which would have been a nice touch. All in all it felt like an expensive travel lodge.
The main plus point for the hotel is The location for terminal 3, which is very good. I also liked the breakfast, it was very nice and fresh. The room was ok but I wouldn’t say it felt 4 star.

South AfricaNo decent coffee ie pods. Instant doesn’t cut it. Ever. Shower taps placement meant you got wet, hair included, before you were ready with the right temperature. No shower caps which are really necessary in this situation. Bad . No water in frig.

The property was next to the airport so ideal to pick up our son who had an early morning flight into Terminal 3 The rooms were spacious and clean and there was no overhead noise from aeroplanes due to the really thick windows Staff were very friendly and helpful
