One sink in bathroom, no seperate sink for use with kettle. Signage for parking unclear as we had to use surface parking and only sub level parking is posted as signs only say pick up or drop off only.

The hotel in all is good and clean everything you need from a hotel only thing I would say let's it down is the hotel bar. The service is very slow at the bar and I mean I was the only one at that bar and still took 15 mins to get drinks after ordering. Was worse when a few folk were looking for drinks this has been an issue each time I have stayed at this hotel

The onsite pool and gym facilities are great and I enjoyed using them. Hotel staff are pleasant and friendly. Also, being near the airport has very good bus service that goes into town regularly making travel easy

It would have been nice to have some water ready on demand on arrival, it’s always nice to refresh after a long trip. A nice hotel but would have liked the price to be a little less.

Starting from the easy drop off area, and spacious reception, the hotel was welcoming. The staff were helpful and supportive and the restaurant served quality tasty food, hot and presented well. The room was a decent size, furnished well with plenty of storage and a decent TV. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable with a speaker to repeat what was playing on the TV. Close to the airport but not plagued with noise. Plug sockets everywhere you’d expect and hope them to be. The TV had an accessible HDMI port which meant connecting a phone was a breeze.

The bar and reception area was very overcrowded after the show in P&J finished. No seats available even though they have restaurant area they never opened this so just headed to our room with one drink would have been nice to sit and enjoy a few.

Staff could do with more training in the evening twice had to ask for cutlery after food was put in the table, bar staff where good, Reception guy not a good attitude stating your cards been declined when it was still in my hand, I stated put it in the card machine and see!! Wow it worked!! Not what you want to hear, especially if there was someone standing near!!!

Check in was 4pm a bit late when you consider we had to vacate the room by 11am. I know they have lots of rooms to get ready but I would expect the room to be ready for 2 pm. I didn’t ask about checking in earlier I don’t know if that’s possible as I didn’t ask

Wonderfully polite helpful staff very welcoming!! The room was immaculate cozy and spacious. We had a meal at night in the restaurant absolutely delicious, and the pool and spa was lush, the low lighting adds to the relaxing atmosphere. The pool was so clear I didn't think there was water in it when I entered the room lol!! Sauna, steam room and jacuzzi all open. Was a truly wonderful stay can't wait to go back

The parking is a bit confusing, its in the conference centre beside the hotel. It's not any distance to walk, I just wasn't expecting it.

We stayed for only 1 night as a birthday treat. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was great. Staff were helpful. The swimming pool and area is just lovely.

Very clean, great sized room and comfortable. Great value for money under the circumstances. I was delayed going offshore and there was only one airport hotel available that was charging through the roof because they were aware of the delays. I managed to book this hotel for much less the price that the mediocre airport hotel was trying to charge.

Parking could be closer as I was travelling alone with two small kids and luggage

We are local but came for a short stay for fun, was a lovely wee stay, the staff were great with the kids too. The spa/pool was lovely and the breakfast first class.
