The remote management hated it Quite stressful Given wrong entry code for automated door lock and no one answered the contact number so we had to figure it out ourselves Outside space had annoying homemade step in living area taking up a lot of space and probably not legal Also no fire blanket extinguisher in kitchen Bathroom had unpleasant smell

The apartment could be more clean (bathroom, carpet, kitchen dishes, ecc.)

The apartment is big enough for a family of five. It's in a perfect position, near the tube station and a road plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, etc.

The “double beds” were not as large as expected, only one duvet. For me and my friend it worked fine, for the other two it was a bit too small. The whole apartment smelt like curry, which I didn’t mind as much because the only thing we did was sleep there, there was also mold in the bathroom. The heating didn’t work, we tried multiple times so it was fairly cold in the apartment. There was also lots of already-opened food in the cupboards.

The location was perfect. Just across from The Garage, where we attended a concert, only a minute from the Highbury&Islington station. Has supermarkets nearby and a coffee shop, as well as Pubs and restaurants.

Carpet in kitchen/tv area needs replacement stains and burn marks. Being unable to shower as switch from bath to shower was stuck - replacement was under the sink. Previous peoples rubbish left in oven.

Great location, beds were comfortable cleaning products, toiletries and tea coffee and breakfast cereal available- just need to bring milk.

The automated door entry keypad thing is unreliable. We couldn't get in at night so had to call them, I recommend they change to a better brand like Nuki.io . As someone else mentioned, if the neighbours are loud you will hear everything as there is an adjoining door (We didn't have that problem, thankfully) but when the cleaner was there you could hear her quite clearly talking on the phone. Would make sense to soundproof this door.

Location is great, right next to H&I tube station. Place has plenty of space. Value for money (I paid €90) you wont get a better option than this place.

Everything was fine!

The property was clean and warm, and very easily accessible. The shower was also easy to enjoy, the bedroom cosy, all the films I could want on Netflix big tv screen and the kitchen was well-stocked and easy to use. The staff were very helpful when I rang up to work out how to access the property with the code, which was a new process to me. Thank you, and wishing everyone a Very Happy New Year😀

Unfortunately the guests next door were partying until 4-5am & there's a door in the apartment that goes to that other apartment & it was quite loud coming through.

Beautiful, clean apartment with a lovely terrace & comfortable bed as well as a comfortable sofa bed. Shower came with good body wash, shampoo & conditioner, toothpaste also provided although we brought our own. Lovely bunch of snacks, tea & coffee within the full fitted kitchen. Will be staying again if ever needed to come to the area!

The keypad to enter our room was running out of battery, we had to enter the code multiple times as it kept saying “error, low battery” and not letting us in. Eventually we got in. I messaged the host on the Booking.com app saying we were about to go out for the evening, and I was worried that when we got back later that night we wouldn’t be able to get in. They responded saying they had increased the battery level remotely, which I was a bit suspicious of but I accepted it and we went out. When we got back around midnight it took us several attempts to get in because it kept saying “error, low battery” and going blank. We almost thought we were going to be stranded outside in the middle of the night. Thankfully after around 10 attempts the keypad did allow us to open the door.

Quite a bit of cob webs in the bathroom. The shelves were skew.

The breakfast cereals and tea and coffee was a nice touch.

The whole apartment smelled of cigarette smoke. There were cigarette burns in the doorframe out to the balcony, and a LOT of cigarette butts out there. The couch itself was stained and the bathroom had mould/damp on the ceiling. There is also no lighting in the bedroom area.

Ideal location, and plenty of space, with all the required commodities. Entry/exit is easy, with the smart locks being very useful so I didn't need to worry about keys. The kitchen was good to have, although a few more glasses/utensils would have been nice.

The finishes. The shelves next to the bed were not in the wall properly. The same as the shelf in the bathroom. Both slanted and clearly broken. No hot water. And not being able to contact anyone about it.

It IS expensive for its size and the deposit seems overkill, but again, that's London.

Small but comfortable studio, fine for a family of three. Brilliant location. Staff helpful with getting into flat a bit early, as well as wuth ensuring the return of the deposit when it hadn't arrived.

No baking trays for oven. Stairs are very steep up to apartment which some guests may struggle with.

Fantastic little hub to explore London. Practical outdoor patio which is lovely to sit out with a drink in the morning. The set up of the hub is done really well.
