Bed could have been more comfortable (the slats under the mattress need spacing out). Challenging height restrictions but not the end of the world.

Nothing really, it met my need for the time I spent there.

Good value for money paid for the flat. The host was superb in making sure that our stay went hitch-free. Generous amount of snacks and toiletries provided as part of package. I highly recommend this flat!

I did my shopping before arriving, I didnt realise there's no oven, so I had to fry chicken in batches and cooked oven dishes when we visited our family. Attached photo to show that we used our cool box as there's no table. The living room is the kitchen. Though not the owner's fault, many many streets in Gillingham are overcrowded with cars. Good luck finding parking as none available locally for the weekend that we stayed.

Lovely decorations, feels homely. A lot of thought put into making this place attractive. Excellent shower. Host provided extra pillow when I asked. Also basket of snacks.

A suggestion would be to have an individual lamp for the bedroom as I'd like to be able to chill in just that room on a night and get settled. I used one of the little lamps from the bathroom for this purpose. Travellers with heavy cases - beware the narrow steps down to the flat, its quite difficult if you have something particularly bulky!

Hidden treasure is a very apt name, this place is a little gem. For a single traveller or a couple - it has all you could possibly need for a cosy and stress free stay. The little thouhtful extras didn't go unnoticed. On a bank holiday especially, the provided cereals, tea and coffee were definitely appreciated, as are the toiletries, hair dryer etc. Very comfortable bed, great facilities.

double bed mattress seemed lumpy and bumpy I chose to sleep in single bed. the single bed was in a very very small room.

The noise from the masticater toilet which could not be helped as its a basement flat. A bit of a struggle getting down the steps to the basement if you have mobile issues. I'm not complaining as it's a beautiful flat.

Evey detail that you might want for a near town centred stay was catered for. Water in the fridge, tea coffee breakfast cereal, tea coffee, shower gel. Ad infinitum. Crisp clean linen. Warm living room with TV. Shop 5 mins walk away.

We are two single women, and the fact that the bathroom was of one of the bedrooms meant that our was difficult for both to get a good night's sleep because of access to the bathroom. Also the light went out in the middle of a shower making it dangerous to get out of the bath.
