We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomSome of the facilities are tired. For example - the hob settings have rubbed off the knobs, and you have to guess which knob is for which hob and how the temperature gauge works. It also would benefit from a good clean. It felt grubby.
The apartment is spacious, with decent facilities. It has everything you need for a self catering stay. The area is quiet and feels safe.

United KingdomThere was an odour in the apartment upon arrival that never went away, like smoke fumes in the carpet. Needed to have all the windows/doors open, which is fine in the summer, but probably not when it's colder.
Parking and location was good, and easy to access. Available on short notice, and no hassle checking in/leaving. Comfortable and mostly clean. Plenty of space inside, and the balcony was an added bonus.

United KingdomThe shower head in the en suite sprayed water out violently, this coupled with the water temperature fluctuating between extremes during use, made it really unsafe. We also raised a mismatch between the remote and TV in our flat several times over our stay, requesting a new remote and or HDI cable to no avail. Multiple reps acknowledged this issue, they sent someone to the property but nothing was rectified, so we couldn’t use the TV at all. When inquiring about late check-out flexibility, a rep was extremely unhelpful. Reiterating the same information over again. The curtains in the living room were too short for the entire span of the window, which annoyingly let light through at unideal times.
This property is centrally located, close to Tesco and Asda superstores. It was also very clean and spacious, making it perfect for the needs of our trip. We also liked most of the design features.

A comfortable apartment, very clean, water always hot for washing showering. Easy to contact owners by mobile phone or text for rapid reply. Excellent freezer and 'fridge. Dishwasher useful for longer stays.

United KingdomThe property was filthy! The first thing we did was take photos and send to the apartment managers as we thought it hadn’t been cleaned! Stains on the floor, food in the fridge, food had exploded all over the microwave, burnt food on the hob, bits of dirty all over the carpet, hairs in the bed, white marks on the grey head board and black marks on the pillows, due to it been so dirty the whole place had a grimy smell. I did look for cleaning products and a vac to clean it myself but the apartment had nothing. The showers also didn’t work-one had no head on it, the other water came out of the side rather than the head, the curtain pole was hanging of the wall, there was a leak from over flow pipe in cupboard, chips on the coffee table and marks on the sofa, the glasses were also dirty with finger prints and lipstick marks on them. If we hadn’t arrived so late and were attending a funeral the next day we would have left. The company weren’t bothered as they already had our money.

United KingdomThe apartment was filthy and had not been cleaned since the weekly boarders had left. The cleaners claimed they had not been told to clean it as there was nobody going into the apartment. The Company claimed the cleaners must have forgotten! The en-suite bathroom wall was mouldy and the shower head leaked. This was probably because the ventilation fan did not work. It also did not work in the main bathroom. The king size bed had a 3/4 size duvet on it, placed in a king size duvet cover sideways! We ended up sleeping in separate beds because of this. The fridge door shelves had all been removed (or broken). The hob in the kitchen was dirty and we would not use it. There was also a damp patch on the wall of the bedroom with mould. The shower head in the en-suite leaked and the mirror and shelf were ready to fall off due to the screws being extremely loose on the bottom of the mirror. Door handle on the bedroom door: the retaining cap had been cross threaded and could not be removed or tightened All the cushions from the bedrooms and the lounge had to be removed because they stunk of sweat and stale beer.
