We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWIFI did work and even after finding the router off in the cupboard and switching it on it connected but still didn't have access to the net. Phone signal was good enough so we didn't bother trying to sort it anymore as we had full 5G anyway. If we had messaged the host I'm sure they'd have sorted it, we just didn't need the WIFI that much There wasn't any normal Freeview TV either but Netflix was available so we had that on when using the TV but it may have been nice to watch the news or normal TV. Overall there wasn't much of an issue as these we only minor things really.
Host was very welcoming and greeted us on arrival. Location was great with free parking which was a bonus! Even though I brought one, a towel was provided along with basic tea making items. Plenty of fridge space for the small 2 day shop we did for 3 people. There was an initial issue with obtaining a VAT receipt but it was sorted by the host and I received one in time before my stay

United Kingdomit was very modern, clean and very well presented. there was ample space for all of us to stay and there were all the facilities and amenities you expect of such a nice apartment. it was ideally located so that you have a choice of many eating places and shops within very close distance. Parking wasn’t an issue as there are spaces available behind the building. The hosts were lovely, friendly and very helpful.
