Clean, but extremely small room, absolutely not suitable for two people. Squeaky mattress.

Location to the airport is very close, the kitchen and lounge is spacious, you can use fridge freezer.

The whole laborious, poorly communicated, problematic process of actually getting into the accommodation in the rain, dark and cold then having narrow winding stairs up to my room to cart my luggage to level one.

The rooms are nowhere near soundproof, and a family that did not realise how to properly check in was making a lot of noise in the common area as they tried to figure out how to open their rooms. For some reason they were able to enter the house, but not obtain their lockbox key. Would have been nice if this could have been speedily resolved.

Clean room, close to the airport. It did what it was advertised to do, which was a plus. Check in process was also fine. Did not immediately see the lock boxes, but once spotted easy enough to check in with clear instructions.

The location is near Heathrow airport. The tinny room4 is OK, clean, quiety, close bus stop, to town. But, still need to be improved, such as in the shower room, tap water is too hot. Shared kitchen room is clean, good. There is no flowers in the back yard. Thank you NZJ

Room too small, bathroom tub faucet loose and shaker. No bathroom mat. Not as close to the airport as we had hoped.

Beds we’re comfortable. Room was tiny but sufficient for one nights stay. Large kitchen with room to sit.

Road noise and tiny rooms

Location was good for our airport parking. There was lots of road noise even with ear plugs. To be honest I would rather have left home at 4am to drive to Heathrow rather than stay here

As we were travelling from overseas, we were in and out of reception. Therefore, any communication from the staff was limited. Once we arrived at the address, I called a number of times to ask for instructions, but they wouldn’t give them to us until we paid the bond for the room and gave ID. They agreed I could do this on arrival in person…however, this was not the case. They didn’t tell us it was self-check in and they were very vague on details, so I thought it was a scam and I was not comfortable giving details. Clearer communication from the staff would have been helpful.

I was overwhelmed by emails and information before arriving that made check in too confusing. The walls are so thin I was woken up by a man snoring. There's nowhere to put clothes in the room, nor was there a bathroom mat, which proved uncomfortable as the floor got wet.
