The appartment was stunning, beautifully decorated throughout, everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was also excellent, right in centre of town close to shops and the beach. Would definately stay here again and would highly recommend.

Right in town. Lovely decor and top notch appliance in the kitchen. Lovely bathroom and shower and really great bedrooms. Lounge had a lovely solid wood 8 seater table with two sofas. Central heating was great and the flat was nice and warm.

The outside of the building doesn't shout elegant in anyway. The access up a spiral staircase is hard slog with a suitcase but this is warned about in welcome email. Parking is also a little way from apartment. Due to the property being on a main road it is noisy especially on Friday and Saturday night. There is no double glazing to keep the noise or drafts out. However the location is close to everything and once inside the flat is really nice

Had a little bit of difficulty with opening the lock box but nothing else to dislike

The whole apartment was amazing, beautifully decorated and furnished. Really comfortable,homely, quiet and warm. Wasn't a thing that wasn't available. My children loved the place too. The pizza place next door is amazing too.

The flat is exactly as it appears in the photos. The owners are friendly and attentive to guests. Lots of interesting authentic details in the interior. By the way, the apartment are truly close to the coastline (15 mins by foot).

Late night revellers in town centre. We were informed of the issue so not a big deal if you can sleep through a lot of noise.

Location was perfect my wife has problems with her back and the stairs were an issue but we just made a point of going out once a day. As everything was close by.

I couldn’t fault the property at all we only stayed one night wish it was longer.The apartment itself is immaculate, very homely with lots of personal touches ,it has everything you need for your stay home from home and very warm ,it was miserable outside and the warmth just hit you when you opened the door so cosy .Would definitely stay again .

A beautifully decorated property in a great location. Beds are very comfortable and although you are on a busy street, everything shuts early enough so you still get a very good night’s sleep. The apartment is very quirky. It has absolutely everything you need and is very clean. There are lots of shops and restaurants at your doorstep. I would highly recommend this place and would 100% stay here again.

My family enjoyed a very comfortable stay in this beautiful home. Great location, love the history of the area. Wonderful restaurant just a moment away called Treehouse. We enjoyed a walk on the beach which is a short distance away, the escape rooms in town and we drove out to Glasgow and Helensburgh war memorial where my great grandfather has been honoured. Easy to park and come and go or to just stay and enjoy the apartment and immediate area. Owners explain everything really well leading up to stay.

Lovely home in great location. It is beautifully designed and has all the facilities you would need when staying in an apartment. Very clean interior. Loved staying here and having everything on your doorstep...bars, restaurants, supermarkets and easy to park nearby- as advised by the hosts. Easy and clear instructions on how to check in and check out. Would definitely stay again if back in the area. Thank you, Iain.

Everything was good - nothing to mention.

The flat made us feel at home immediately. It is very spacious and was very clean. The location in the center of Ayr was ideal with shops close by. The manual was very helpful.

Lovely, well decorated apartment in the centre of ayr ,felt really homely staying there ,sure there was a little noise outside as it was the weekend we stayed, but the location is in the heart of ayr so is to be expected, for value for money this apartment gets a 10/10 very spacious, really comfy beds and a great shower
