Clean, well-designed, Warm and welcoming staff, spacy room and toilet, Good temperature, Quiet, Easy access parking. Me and the family spent one time but we quiet enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider it for our future trips to Manchester.

Nothing, it was fantastic A suggestion, maybe just add bottle water in the room. Wasn't a problem for me and I'm sure reception would have given me had I wanted but this will help with other guests

Extremely neat and clean hotel and room. The beds were very comfortable. Very close to public transport. Manchester city center is close by as well with a bus or uber

The shower was too small to get in for me - It was very inconvenient.

I like the staff - they were very friendly. Besides, I learnt something about kosher stuff. They loved my baby boy like their own baby.

All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming, the receptionist was extremely nice and she was one of the best i have encountered at a hotel. All staff happy to help, room was immaculately clean!! Appeared to have been newly renovated. Soon as we arrived it smelled very nice, thumbs up to the cleanets who obviously do a very good job!! Very quiet and homely feel to it and was about 15 minute taxi ride to the city centre, would definetely go again and recommend!!!

but cold without carpet this morning disposable crockery - not only unpleasant to eat cereal with wooden cutlery but all so bad for the environment & appeared to be all put in general waste… perhaps a recycling bin for the cardboard might be good

This hotel is amazing!!!! Clean, modern, staff are friendly! The family room was gorgeous, beds were so comfy, bathroom a great size, shower was TO DIE FOR!!! And the dressing area is perfect. There was also a mini fridge, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits. Breakfast is included and it's only continental but there's a great selection of cereals, pastries, yogurts, fruit, juice, tea, coffee etc. The perfect stay to visit the Christmas Markets. (Only £12 in an uber from the centre!)

Upon arrival we were asked for ID to check in either a passport or Driving Licence neither of which I had on me. I stated that I had both on my phone and he could use those details.. he wanted to see a physical document which in his words were the law. He eventually relented and took the photo on my phone as proof. I’ve never had to provide documents in the UK to stay in a hotel and it doesn’t state when booking that you have to provide details. The guy was polite though.

It was slightly far from the city centre.

It was big. It was clean. They had breakfast included, which was greaaaat. Absolutely loved the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly. He went out of his way to make our stay better.
