No Fried eggs at breakfast time. Barfood menu needs a big makeover.15 Pound for a cheese burger(with no cheese in it a bit stiff)

My main problem is that you don't do fried eggs for breakfast (nice touch that tea is available at any time for free)Room was not a problem and the bed was comfortable.Location (Glasgow should be the fittest city in the UK i've never come across so many hills in my life)but i'll return.

Breakfast facilities reminded a lot of the school canteen, great 🥐 but zero coziness and comfort. Room was clean however the bed was prepared lamely and first impression was that someone has already slept in it(

Location, convenient for Queens station travelers, 7 min walking distance from airport express bus.

This hotel has probably some of the slowest lifts in the whole of Scotland! But this might be a strategy to get guests to be active by taking the stairs (which we did as there are not many floors).

Wide range of breakfast options, all very tasty and abundant. All staff were nice and approacheable, and made all the efforts to accommodate our requests. Position is ideal as only a short walk from the central rail station and other city centre attractions. Despite the central location, the hotel is very quiet and rooms are very well noise insulated. Beds very comfortable and rooms spacious.

It would be nice if staff could offer to accompany elderly or disabled guests for guest their room on arrival. Lighting system and door key not always evident to people travelling infrequently. I am sure they would have done so if asked but it would show care and make people feel welcome.

I liked the fact that you could come at any time and help yourself. Good selection. Maybe the fruit salad could have been cut up a bit smaller, rather difficult to cut and big to eat in one piece.

    - Lifts are incredibly slow and only one was working- not great when you are in a room on a high floor! - We were staying as we were going to a wedding in Glasgow. After the wedding we got back to the hotel at around 12:30am. Both keys for our room had stopped working and we couldn’t get back in. The keys had to be reset at reception. Unsure why this happened as the staff on reception didn’t provide an explanation. Not a big problem but a bit strange and not what you want to come back to at midnight after a long day!

    - Good Breakfast - Great Location

2 nights over Easter weekend, and it was noisy at night and early morning. Hard to do much about that I know, but still needs highlighting.

Clean comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, super staff. We had a family illness on site and the staff were so kind and efficient. Superb effort from them all.

None of the room keys was operational, so a member of staff required to accompany any guest wishing access to their room to let them in. While the staff were very helpful and apologetic I was conscious that I and other guests were trying to keep visits to our rooms to a minimum.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, as I have always found in the past. The room was excellent and comfortable. The breakfast was also good.
