Bacon was not crispy enough for me !!

The young lady on reception was superb, very nice happy helpful person . Location was great, breakfast was ok as was the room.

It was very clean and had a pretty good view. We both had enjoyed the breakfast definitely was worth the money! The room we had was spacious and also was very soundproofed from the outside world. The staff was very welcoming and helpful.

Room was a bit 'poky'. would have liked a little more space. No towel rails so difficult to dry and re-use!? Would have been nice to have coat hooks on wall by door as nowhere to hang them when returning after rain! Television was main problem. It had to be re-tuned EVERY TIME it was switched on. The initial TV was replaced but same occurred with replacement. Aerial problem?? Would make mention here of the handyman - Chris. Excellent service from him despite the TV problem. He really did his best!

Breakfast was 'adequate'. The bacon was lovely - best in a hotel for ages - but scrambled eggs were tasteless and hash browns cold and under-cooked. Fried eggs were not available which was a pity. Coffee machine excellent choices. Attentive staff in breakfast area ensuring empty plates, etc., were removed and tables quickly cleaned when guests left ensuring no queueing for a table!

The lack guidance in advance for disabled guests on parking. I followed instructions to park on the ground car park and struggled to get myself, the rollator and luggage up a steep slope. I phoned reception on arrival to check where to park and followed their instructions.

The TV in the room only has a few channels and it kept freezing and glitching. This didn't affect us too much as we had been out for a show and were late back, but if we had stayed longer could have been a problem.

Lovely clean room. Plenty of facilities included. The breakfast was really good and wide selection of products. I really liked the take away cups for the hot drinks. It meant I didn't have to rush my coffee and could take on my journey home.

The body lotion dispenser did not work. Couldn't get any lotion out. We could hear the thumping noise of a nightclubs music into the early hours.

It was on a hill, but just need to get fitter! The bed was a little hard but everything else perfect!

It was spotless, the staff were very friendly and it was in a fantastic location, close to BIC and The Real Greek restaurant!! Huge shower and room was spotless!!

Tv was very limited, only freeview available which was very disappointing. Most hotels these days have cable tv available.

Very modern, clean, warm and comfortable. Excellent location , 2 mins walking distance from the centre and lots of restaurants and facilities a stones throw away.Excellent breakfast choice and all very clean with friendly staff.
