I was disappointed that there wasn’t any crusty rolls as a one of the choices for a continental breakfast.

I liked the system of the green/red card system on the tables.

I really would have preferred if the large television had access to Netflix as I wasn't able to cast from my phone or sign in via the website so couldn't watch any films on there. I enjoyed the breakfast but my family member thought it was lacking in choice....the beds were comfy but too many pillows and the duvet was a bit heavy for me. Once I removed the access pillows I slept better. Also the rooms were not replenished or cleaned automatically the next morning which was unusual. They did knock on the door in the late afternoon to ask if I wanted the room cleaned but I had settled in by then.

Really enjoyed my stay, room was very comfortable. Loved the walk in shower and sofa in the room. Air con was very handy and I appreciated that. Location was excellent, 5 mins walk to so many places including the train station. Staff all friendly and attentive. Would stay again. I thought the breakfast was good, enough choice for me and didn't finish too early like some places do.

The buffet breakfast was a bit cold and like others have said I wish it was bacon and not sausages but the waffles were great!

Great location, short walk to anything you’d want to see in Bath. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Staff were very nice. We stayed with our 5 month old and had everything we needed for a comfy stay and slept well!

The window in the room would not open, but I think that's standard in hotels.

The breakfast was fantastic, the pancakes were the best I have had in a hotel. Staff are very helpful and it's quite conveniently situated.

The worst thing for us, as I have some post-op injuries and was staying at the hotel with my daughter who has autism. The fact that there was no designated area at all for set down and pick-up made it a bit stressful for us. There was just a bus stop and road outside. Also, no bacon at breakfast. I’m not a lover of sausages so really missed the bacon.

Central location. Very clean and comfortable. Beds were so comfy with lovely soft pillows. The twin beds were larger than the normal standard single size which was great! Well thought out room. Lovely large shower with over head drenched shower head and hand held one. Toiletries. Fridge which was very useful. Lots of charging points. Lovely staff at breakfast. Good idea with the table occupancy signs.

Bacon and sausage are the main components to a cooked breakfast. Please bring back the bacon. The sausage isnt happy.

everything was perfect. very impressed with the cleanliness. The twin room catered for all our needs. slept very well. All the staff we met were very professional, friendly and helpful. The breakfast choices were very good'apart from one thing that was missing.
