Nothing - it was all great!

Amazing - you can tell they really care about the property and the service they’re providing. They keep it clean, comfy and tidy - a lot of thought has been behind making a small space feel like home and it’s perfect for a few nights stay as it’s 10-15 minutes to Manchester City centre which was £7 in taxi or there is easy public transport routes. It was my partners 30th surprise so I mentioned this too them and if they could leave a note but the hosts went above and behind and in fact put up banners, lay out balloon and got him a card. Was an extremely kind and personal touch to walk into. Although I did not meet the host they gave thorough instructions on how to get in to the property and where to pop our shoes to keep the property extra clean for future visitors. Fantastic little spot and I am very glad I found it - thank you for such a lovely stay (:

The ceiling was a little bit short but enough for us.

We love our host, Sarah was so kind and she always answer to our needs. The room was super comfortable and clean . It's near to a bus station. Just make sure to read the instructions of the room hahaha

I would of liked if it had a hairdryer and an iron but overall essentials are there.

Had such a great stay, we booked for 4 nights. There was enough coffee and towels available for those days. I was so grateful to Sarah, she was extremely helpful. We battled with locking the door and she responded to me straight away. She also checked up on us and recommend places to see in Manchester. Bedroom is big and the bathroom neat and tidy. There is a small fridge as well. We mainly booked their due to it being close to Old Trafford Stadium, it was easy to take an uber from there. Beautiful surrounding parks close by and shopping centers.

As others have said the ceiling is low but fine for anyone around 6ft. Any taller and you may struggle to feel comfortable whilst standing. Could maybe have used a hairdryer (that's very minor as everything else was spot on for the price)

Good amenities inside the room (complimentary croissants and jam were a nice touch). Great location if you're travelling for work (I was walking a very short distance to the Hough End Centre daily). Bed was very comfortable and TV easy to connect to using mobile if you prefer rather than terrestrial TV.

All good - no complaints

Only there 8pm to 6am but ideal for short stay. Modern, spotless, well equipped, own entrance, very quiet. Ceiling is low ( I’m 6 foot 4 ) but Sarah had emailed ahead of time to check, and it was absolutely fine.

Heating was off, and the floor was a little chilly, so generally felt a bit cold. Heater worked quick so soon warmed up. Pillows were a bit lumpy.

Flexible check in. Nice self contained garage conversion. Great for a simple place to sleep for the night.

Location in walking distance of the city centre, (for us) and great facilities. The tram on our return was only a 15-minute walk away from our room. Comfy bed, quiet location, and very clean throughout. Great communication from our host and the ceiling height wouldn't put us off returning at a future date.

The picture used to advertise on booking.com was very misleading. It indicated a lovely city view, but we understood once the owner contacted us that it was a room connected to their house, which was not in the city centre. The clock on the wall was very loud, but fortunately after a long drive, we were able to fall asleep easily, but for light sleepers this could be an issue. There were no spare toilet rolls.

Having a lot of mirrors was useful, the design of gge room, ghe bed was comfy. The tea and biscuits were very welcome.

The bed was too soft, however I appreciate that it's a matter of personal taste. Not ideal for a tall person.

Well equipped. A garden annex so a good size, nicely decorated. Responsive owner. Big TV with Netflix on tap. Would definitely use it again.

Spacious apartment with everything what you need for mini vacation. Free car park, great communication with the owner. Lots of privacy. Close to the airport. Highly recommend !
