The room was beautiful and we had a mini balcony with a lovely view. Bed and shower were clean and the whole room had a very comfortable vibe. The lovely receptionist was helpful and very polite if I could rate 11/10 I would 100%. Thank you for a great stay!!

Literally everything else, rude staff, unclean, rooms were either far too hot or far too cold, shower didn’t work, bed was filthy, fridge didn’t work, minimal light in room and very very small.

Some may find the decor to be a little tired but honestly I found everything comfortable and had no complaints for the money we paid.

The guest house is located a conveniently short walk from the station and extremely close to the seafront, with many good restaurants nearby. The accommodation is extremely reasonably priced, and has been sensibly adapted from the older rooms. There is a small but functional bathroom and an attractive partition serving to separate the old, leaky bay windows from the bedroom and create a kind of internal balcony. The bedding is comfortable, and we found that every basic requirement we had was catered for. The member of staff who checked us in and out was extremely friendly and polite and we were grateful for her presence and assistance.

Extremely small room and bed and I was charged extra for staying in a double room with a=5 years old child. I asked if they have bigger rooms for which I was happy to pay extra and they didnt but they still charged me extra

We only looked in the upper room before going out for the evening. We returned in the small hours & found that the ground floor room had no toilet roll or toiletries. Also, the blind cord was snapped & I had to help my friend by climbing on a chair to reach the end to close it. The upper room was missing the milk for making tea. There were long black hairs on the plastic chair. It looked like they were prepped in a hurry.

The room was beautiful with the stained glass window. Check in was easy and the service was great. Room was lovely and clean. Bed was comfortable and heating on to keep warm. We had a nice side view to the sea which was lovely and in a great location either right to the beach or a short walk into the town centre.

The Manageress was very well organised in this property. Located very close to the beach and within walking distance to central Brighton. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Parking vouchers were organised by the Manageress before I arrived. In this way, parking fees were reduced.

Very small bedroom, no room for bedside table. Tiny bathroom. One of the blinds did not go down to the bottom of the window. Toilet didn’t flush very well.

I was worried about parking but we drove around a little and eventually was able to park right outside the hotel.

I stayed with my sister on the top floor of the hotel in the two double rooms. They were ideal for us as we didn’t need to share a room. We had our own facilities and kettle for hot drinks.

Lovely room with a lovely balcony. Small but big enough to catch some fresh air. The staff also wrote my girlfriend a birthday card and gave us some bubbly which was lovely!
