We loved the layout of the flat, the heating kept us nice and warm and the beds were very comfy ! Being so close to the shops was pefect for my elderly parents too !👍

Sitting room is quite small. Flat was hard to keep warm - although the heating worked well, it was very chilly outside.

Location is great, in walking distance of pubs, cafes, restaurants as well as the sea front. Very clean and comfortable flat.

Lovely clean flat, very spacious and in a great location close to shops and beach.Everything was available and extra special to have a parking space and it was dog friendly. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

Little thing to consider, the clock in the front bedroom, ticks very loudly. Perhaps consider swapping this with the clock in the kitchen, quieter in comparison.

Really lovely flat. The location to beach was very close. I loved the fact that the apartment comes with it's own parking. The owners were very accommodating.

What a great flat right in the centre of Eastbourne with off street parking at the rear. Four of us came to see the Turner prize exhibition, we had a nice area to sit for breakfast and everything was provided. There were tea bags, sugar, coffee and ground coffee for a cafetiere. Bottles of water by the bed and toiletries finished the thoughtful touches. The owner met us and was very pleasant I would stay here again without hesitation

The apartment has everything you need for an enjoyable stay and is located conveniently for walking access to the centre of Eastbourne and the beachfront. Good parking on site.

None of the clocks worked, beds a little too hard and the noise of the seagulls was irritating (so loud I assumed the windows were single glazed).

Lovely flat, modern and good facilities. Host was very accommodating and we asked to park onsite for longer on checkout day and she allowed us to before the next holidaymakers arrived. The water and biscuits provided as a welcome gift was very thoughtful and welcomed.

Some of the crockery had been put away unclean. Needs to be a dishcloth for the kitchen. I left some new ones behind. No bath mat for stepping out of the bath. No bin in the bedroom. Seagulls are a nuisance, very loud at 3am. TV could do with a firestick or similar to allow it to be a smart tv.

Bedroom space was exceptional in both bedrooms. All very clean. Location is excellent, free parking for one car was great. Kitchen well resourced, ideal holiday home.

Perhaps a small carton of milk and some breakfast cereal or bread butter and jam would have been nice . Having said that there was a late opening Coop very close.

We went to watch Eastbourne tennis and the location was perfect about 5 minute walk from courts. Melina was very flexible with arrival time so we could stay to end of tennis. Close to restaurants, town centre and station. Shampoo. Conditioner etc was provided.
