If I could give one tiny critisism - the bathroom was quite cold. The heated towel rail came on, Im guessing on a timer. But it was a bit nippy in there.

This is a great little B & B. There is a driveway to park your car, and you can walk into the centre of Whitby in about 25 minutes. If walking is not your thing, there is a bus stop right outside. The owners were really nice and gave us some good little places to walk through, where you wouldnt normally have known. The room was really nicely decorated, and the bed was big and comfy. Everything was clean and the bathroom had a nice shower enclosure. There was a mini fridge in the room with water and milk. The breakfast was soo good. They bring it to your room, and leave it outside for you, and then you eat it in your room. I really like this idea. Sometimes, in B & B's or hotels, it can be a little "awkward" when sitting in the dining room full of guests, but you can have your breakfast in your own little world. There was more than enough food, everyday was different, there were yoghurts, fruits, pastries/hot baps, jams, cereal bars, orange juice etc. If you have a dietry requirement, they will cater to that too. If you let them know when you first arrive. Sometimes there was too much food, so I popped it in the mini fridge for later!

The only thing we could say to that would be how cold it was which is no bodies fault but still enjoyed our break

The room was excellent everything that we needed with a lovely view of the countryside.We loved the Breakfast having it delivered to our room, it was so relaxing and plenty of it with a great selection, different every day.The hosts Marty and Jo were very friendly and helpful with giving us information about walks and places to visit while we were there over all a brilliant stay and we will definitely be returning 😊

We really enjoyed our stay ..the breakfast delivered to your room is just perfect no need to rush to get ready to go for breakfast you can just relax in your pj's and eat 😀 Perfect hosts, beautiful room, great location what more could you ask for.

Found ir was a kittle to far away from the centre and coming back there is an hill to climb which I found tiring otherwise a great place to stay. Must mention though there are buses to catch if required , we only stayed 1 night.

Lovely welcome and excellent communication prior to arrival. Room was very spacious with all necessities provided, including a mini fridge with water and fresh milk. Breakfast was delivered to our room at time requested - it was delicious with a huge variety of goods catering to all tastes. Will definitely be visiting again.

Owners were really lovely. The room was beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was lovely and they catered to my dietry restrictions. We feel so relaxed after our stay.

The host was welcoming and gave us good advice about walking and the area in general. The guest house was in a good location for getting around to explore the area and was spotless and comfortable. The breakfast, brought to the room, was excellent, with a good variety of items.

Very pleased with the breakfast and enjoyed eating in the room rather than having to go to dining room. The location suited us due to being a little bit out of the town but with stunning views. It was certainly worth the extra to get the view. Room updated to a very high standard and the bed was very comfortable.

We loved the view from our room. We had a separate seating area which was very nice. Continental breakfast was sxcellant plenty of choice. Very tasteful decor and spotlessly clean.

Everything. The room was fantastic, beautifully designed, spotlessly clean and with a very comfy bed. The breakfast was great, a continental breakfast and plentiful. It was also brilliant to have parking on site. We had a really warm welcome too. It’s clear a lot of time thought and care has gone into this business. The location just out of town was also perfect for us.
