I ordered some food on Just Eat during my stay but couldn't find a knife or fork ANYWHERE. With lots of tables available for customers to sit & eat, cutlery would seem a sensible option!?

I had an excellent night's sleep - mattress was very comfortable and the pillows offered a blend of support and comfort. I often struggle in hotels where the room is too hot, or pillows too flat etc. The Warren achieves a very nice balance!

I love the layout of the interior, it wasn’t like your average hotel where it’s long corridors and low ceilings but it has so much more personality.

No complaints at all! Far exceeded our expectations ... from friendly & informative receptionist to beautifully decorated, large room.

Lovely quiet location. Very spacious room & comfortable bed. Room tastefully decorated & large. The lovely receptionist Sarah, upgraded us to a larger room, which was a real treat after a 3+ hour journey. She also gave recommendation for nearby restaurant, the Posthouse, where we had a delicious meal. Would love to stay at the Gregory again & would definitely recommend.

There was nothing I didn't like, but if I had thought about it I could have asked for a ground floor room but o managed the stairs as there wasn't many to my room.

The room was very comfortable and roomy. It was warm, and the bed was comfortable as well as the pillows. Good shower, with shampoo and conditioner. Plenty soft white towels and toilet rolls. Good big bathroom, too. There was a safe, hairdryer, tea and coffee making facility, large TV, and good WiFi. Wardrobe and drawers. Bed side lockers and bedside lights plus large room light In middle of ceiling. There are plenty of radiators and plenty of heat. My room didn't have much of a view but I didn't mind, too tired. Lovely old building, very well kept both inside and out. There is parking available at the guest house but roadside parking for the Mad Hatter. IIf you want breakfast, you purchase a voucher to use in the Mad Hatter. The voucher is £10 and it opens just before 8 am. It will pay for a big breakfast. There was someone on reception, but if you come back late, you are shown a method of getting in. I feel that it is definitely worthy of the 4 stars it has. This property is a 20 min walk from bus and train station. There are lots of buses going to lots of different places. You are in walking distance of Botanic Garden and museum. There are some shops and you are near to Queens University and Belfast Theological College. I used Google Maps to get me around. Sorry no photos, very tired every evening so forgot.

Not so much I didn’t like but we had a small dog with us which was fine . However we only were given the cost after we booked ( via booking.com ) so we were not aware of the £25 cost . That’s a wee bit expensive I feel . Not a major issue but raises the cost and I feel they need to be more up front to customers booking non direct . That said would use again .

Very clean modern and simple process . Lovely decor .

I specifically requested 3 single beds, as we were 3 lads in Belfast for a concert, but the room had a double and a single bed.. One of us had to sleep on the couch, which is not what we paid for.

It was a nice place.vlean and comfortable.
