The room and bathroom could have been cleaner.

This is good value for money if you want to stay in central Bath for a night or two. I had a small studio - the bed was comfortable and I liked that there were free water bottles and snacks in the room. Note there is no tv in the room.

Its a large student accommodation so fairly anonymous - I didn't see many people around (I stayed in the summer) so if you are hoping to meet other people traveling this might not be the place for you.

Very well located - close to the town and train and bus station. It's student accommodation so while fairly basic it has everything you need including small kitchen, desk, comfy bed and shower room. They even left a few treats (soft drinks and crisps) as a welcome gift which was nice.

The rooms were a bit hot when we got there, but once we had managed to open the ceiling louvre windows, that problem went away.

The two room studio we occupied was very clean, quiet and well-equipped. The location was excellent, enabling us to walk around Bath without having to move the car all the time.

Noisy sea gulls at night

This was a lovely quiet room but the sea gulls / pigeons were very noisy at night. It was as if they were having a "Rave" on the roof !!!location was ideal for my course at Bath Textile summer school which was held at Bath litery and science centre

Unfortunately the cleaning service was very very superficial, the toilet already had an unpleasant smell at our arrival (we had to ask to send someone to clean), there were plenty of stains in the bathroom and and generally all over the kitchen surface. I get that is an accommodation thought for students but I am sure that nobody has these low standards in terms of cleaning, especially considered the beautiful city that you have!

I would recommend this accommodation surely based on its price, the position near the city centre and the kitchen tools that were at our disposal.

The building is so stuffy and hot, no air circulation at all in corridors. Maybe nice in the winter. Some reductions on parking would help. We used a place across the river.

Free wifi, secure quiet room in the city centre, nice ability to make breakfast in our own room. The snacks and drinks provided were of excellent quality and flavor. River is close by.

Our room was missing door stops. It would have been nice to leave the two bedroom doors open when back from walking around so we can chat and get ready for the next day. We were always opening and closing the heavy doors. Also for a newer building, there was no AC so the rooms were hot but fans were provided so it was ok.

Our room was a two bedroom unit, with a shared kitchen and bathroom between the two rooms. This was awesome as we had more space than we needed. Super clean and new. The building was quiet and the staff were friendly.

However the ventilation for the bathroom was quite bad as some sort of smell appeared after the first night, and was definitely not us. Also the door to the shower was VERY stiff and made a loud bang everytime we opened and closed it. Did find a few bugs creeping in through the window. Also the window did not open as much so was not getting as much fresh air as we would have wanted especially because there's no window in the bathroom, so felt a bit stuffy.

It was a perfect size room for two people, very spacious, very comfortable bed although did find it was a little small for two people but still made it work.

In addition to the advantage of the facilities, the most significant and severe issue was the penetrating sound of the seagulls at night, despite having closed all the windows. It turned out that we could barely sleep and had no energy for sightseeing the next day.

The room is comfy, and there is a small kitchen where you can self-make simple food. The private shower room is clean, and the location is right next to the city center, making it very convenient to reach.

Most of the facilities were provisioned in Kitchen. May be good to add few additional stuff - Kitchen vessels, only Pans were available. Some Stockpot/medium size cooker/utensils would be very useful. Door stoppers is needed and it will help. As we were a family of 4 and it was very difficult to hold the doors between the rooms as it gets closed with pressure.

Central location, great room. En-suite, and included a kitchenette too. Wifi was free. The university has a policy to reduce single-use plastic so guests are asked to bring your own toiletries. A bin was provided for recycling. Brilliant!

A bit too hot for comfort when hot & sunny outside, though a small fan in the room was of some help.

Great location, nice-sized room with fridge & microwave plus clean bathroom with good shower. Very quiet. Would recommend it at all times except if the weather is above 25 Celsius, as the room gets hot.
