It’s looking old and tired although the bath was clean it looked like it was time for a new one. I want to use you more often but price is a little high.

No iron, Had issues with WiFi, lost connection at times.

I stayed in a twin room, very clean with sofa seating area. Shower room with extra large shower, not power shower but adequate. Bed mattress for me was far too soft. Enjoyed the breakfast, there was lots of choice. All in all I would stay again and would recommend.

Our room a little "tired" in places We booked a "Superior" Double Room. Which we were a little disappointed with. On arrival to the room, 1. We had to ask for the damaged chair to be replaced. 2.The Tea making facilities, had only 3 teabags and insufficient milk 3. There were no Toiletries in the Bathroom. 4. There was a huge crack in the bath panel, 5.The Toilet roll holder was missing ( toilet rolls placed on the shelf. 6. Everytime we opened the Bathroom door there was a loud bang from the light panel in the ceiling. 7. The Room door would not close securely, had to pull it shut each time. 8. External & Internal door handles loose. 9. I wonder if there had been pets in the room as I noticed what looked like dog hairs on my slippers.

The room was really small. But you get everything you need. Even tea and coffee hidden in a cupboard. No iron in the room.

The water pressure in the room was low. Also, the kitchen was closed on the night we stayed so we couldn't eat dinner at the hotel.

We had a pleasant overnight stay. The room was comfortable and clean and you can open the windows. Great breakfast. Large car park. I would stay again.

We asked for a room with a walk in shower, which we got, so very pleased. However, we couldn’t get the shower head to stay in place.

Nothing major springs to mind. I found the hotel a bit too warm for my tastes, but this was not a major issue. The prices for some of the room service was a bit high as well, but since I didn't use it. it wasn't a problem; just an observation.

The hotel was easy to find with convenient onsite parking. Check in was straightforward, only having to enter the car registration for free parking. The room was well appointed, clean & had all the facilities you'd expect. Breakfast was the usual self service & easy to access.

Was very disappointed when we arrived to hear they were not serving dinner despite the fact they have a lovely restaurant if I had known this I would have cancelled and went elsewhere. Reason for no dinner was apparently they weren't busy enough 🤔 and also having 2 disabled people and one at 80 years of age in the our party last thing we wanted was to traipse around looking for food especially after a long drive 😢
