Didn’t realise the Bentley cars can be booked for a complimentary tour of Cambridge. We’d have loved that but by the time we knew there was no availability during our stay. The bar area was a bit soulless.

Central location close to centre of Cambridge. Comfortable spacious well-appointed room, even though we only booked the standard room. Tasty well-cooked breakfast with plenty of choice on the menu.

Upgraded to a larger bed when I specifically booked a room with a bath. Slightly disappointed,I didn't need a larger bed but had been looking forward to relaxing.

Instant coffee in the bedroom. Kitchen service in the restaurant incredibly slow. Lukewarm when it arrived. Front door open in the evening made the bar area very cold so didn't stay.

Location excellent. Bedroom decor lovely. Very comfortable bed. Very good breakfast selection. Very clean. Vehicle chargers on site.

Fantastic location, right across Parker's Piece. Easy walk into centre of town to all the shopping, the river and the colleges. Room was nice and spacious with climate control (it was a very warm weekend). Very comfortable beds. Staff were very helpful, friendly and smiling. Food in the Terrace restaurant was exceptional. Cocktails were very good.

desk help accommodated our requested room change to have 2 rooms on one floor, upon our arrival, and we glimpsed an alternate room that was very "tired and brown" in the corner of 2nd FL. We went back to original room, instead. Parking is forewarned as very tight, but perhaps guests shd also be warned they'll be asked to move their cars if they park inconsiderately so that they take up 2 spots instead of one. I even mentioned this to desk help there were 2 cars taking 3 spots, but no action. I and others I saw could only back in with someone's help, very difficult parking.

breakfast was excellent, nicely served and good choices. Desk help were very nice and gave good directions. My room 232 was lovely, however, the bed mattress needs to be replaced. It's hard and slanted as if one large person has slept on it for years.

Our bedroom only had a small window and I felt that the decor was too dark. Added to that, the bedroom lighting was very dim and there was no reading light once in bed

Very smart. Well decorated and kept up to date. Bed was very comfortable……liked the idea that there was a choice of pillows. It was also quiet.

I can't fault anything. My stay was great.

Everything about my stay was outstanding. The hotel is perfectly located for getting around Cambridge, and is just far enough away to avoid bad traffic. The hotel itself is a lovely place, the staff are friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend trying the complimentary chauffeur driven tour of Cambridge in one of their classic Bentley's. Although you do need to book in advance, but well worth taking the time out if you can.

The lift to get to our room was a bit scary felt like it was going to break

Room was spacious and bed was super comfy. It was so close to everything we wanted to see we could go on foot. Would highly recommend and if we were to come to Cambridge again we would pick here to stay.
