An immaculate cottage with lovely views in a peaceful location yet walking distance of less than 10 mins into the village . It was very comfortable and warm with a huge comfy bed..

Marie and Sid were so lovely and accommodating! Booked this trip for a nice quiet getaway from the city and this cottage was perfect! It’s about a 5 minute walk into town, with some amazing views on the way. It’s in a great location with loads of walking trails near by and even a beautiful waterfall down the road! You can choose to have breakfast in their guest house, we sadly didn’t get the time, but we will definitely be coming back to stay here again! Highly recommend

Everything. Beautiful modern decor and it was immaculate. We had all we needed and arrived to find little touches like milk in the fridge, biscuits and Welsh cakes along with other essentials. The bed was extremely comfortable and the towels were Egyptian cotton and proper size - it’s the small things that really make a difference. Great location and both Marie and Sid were friendly and gave us information on local walks etc - thank you. We had a short but lovely break and would definitely recommend this property to other couples.

Absolutely nothing loved eveything about it.

Absolutely loved our stay in Glenwood Cottage, you instantly feel at home when you walk through the door! Very clean and cosy with a super comfortable bed. The added little touches from the hosts were such a nice touch (tea/coffee, biscuits and even some milk waiting in the fridge!) the garden is beautiful but even with the rainy weather we were able to relax in the lovely living area after a day of exploring. In such a great location just 5/10 min walk down to the town. Can not fault this place, will definitely be back !

There was not one thing we didn't like about this property, its description is 'luxury cottage' and it certainly was luxurious. The hosts are lovely approachable people need anything ask.

The location was absolutely fantastic for us. My husband has alzheimers and is virtually blind, the property is all on one level and spacious for two. Easy walk into the centre to take in some shopping, food, walks and railway station. Good car parking and friendly local people.

This was our second year visiting this property and again, it was immaculate. There was even a telescope this year! We enjoyed watching the birds up close, so this was a lovely addition. The cottage is beautiful and homely and the little added touches are what make this a property one that you will want to re-visit. The bed is absolutely amazing (we believe it is an emperor bed) and so comfortable. I had a fall at work on the day we were due to arrive and dislocated my knee; when I spoke to the owners about it they were very understanding and helpful and allowed us an extra hour on check out because it was so difficult for me to get around. The chair in the bedroom, as well as being beautiful, was the perfect accessory for helping me to get dressed! The location is perfect - it is a lovely walk into the village and the views out of the patio doors are wonderful. All in all and exceptional weekend break. :)

Not a fault of the property at all, but the food choices in the local area are limited, with very short opening times, so it’s best to plan well in advance to ensure your not left without!

Very clean, perfect location and was a home from home. Great garden, with a lovely seating area, which was perfect for eating al fresco, in this glorious weather. However felt that if we hadn’t have been so lucky with the weather we would have been comfortable inside too! The shower had really good pressure, very large space and felt luxurious and room to spread out, the bedroom had lots of storage, power points and incredibly comfortable bed. Great tv selection which was good for us after climbing all night, we needed some quite time back at the property. We appreciated the finer touches such as the hot chocolate, milk, tea bags and coffee and felt looked after. Really lovely time had and would definitely go back

The cottage is in a lovely location within Betws-y-coed, and the village is only 10 minutes walk away with its various shops, pubs, restaurants etc. It's very well equipped with everything two people would need.There are many nice walks that start nearby. Sid was incredibly helpful and friendly and the breakfast was amazing too. We will definitely be returning!

The cottage was indeed luxury yet at the same time it was very homely. It was a short walk into the centre which had shops and places to eat. It was also on the doorstep of some amazing walks. Lovely hosts.

Perfect property, location, cleanliness, attention to detail, charming hosts. Really made our trip to Betws-y-coed the perfect break. After lots of long walks including Snowden we had the perfect cottage to retreat to and unwind. Can't thank you enough Glenwood.

It rained a lot and there weren't enough hooks to hang up all of our wet gear! This would be a simple fix which would make things easier.

Recently renovated, and it shows! Nice new bathrooms and kitchen, well appointed with cooking facilities and a big bifold door onto a terrace with a hillside view. 10min walk into town with pavements all the way.

The location is excellent and in a peaceful area. Private parking bay and a short walk into Betws-y-Coed to eat out in the evening. My wife said the bed was the most comfortable ever and the best she has slept in years. The cottage is well equipped and has everything you need. There were teabags, coffee sachets and a few biscuits supplied - which were welcome after a 4 hour drive in very heavy snow in places on the way. We made use of the oven one evening and cooked a cottage pie after a long day out.
