I could have done with a soap holder in shower for my own soap or shampoo . There was a provided bottle of soap in its own holder but I prefer my own unscented soap. Also there was folding seats in the cupboard but would have preferred a more comfortable small seat. I realise space is priority so may have been more difficult for a bigger seat.

Friendliness and helpfulness of the owners. Room was clean and nicely decorated and comfortable bed.

The kitchen units are a little tired but it didn't take away from the enjoyment of the weekend.

Lovely accommodation. The hot tub was wonderful. Comfortable bed and seating. Table and chairs great for dining and a T.V. on the wall. Great storage and kitchen facilities and extra bedding etc. Lovely and quiet.

Not enough parking space for all guests. First night was OK but returning from day trip the second eve had to park on the road. This was OK as plenty of space opposite side of the road.

Room was good plenty of space clean twin room. Very comfy beds. Coffee and tea facilities replenished and cleaned each day. Ensuite shower room was small but very adequate and very clean with good shower. Didn't see owner as initial key entry was a coded key then keys in room so very easy set up. Lovely location and perfect for what we wanted to do. Plenty choice for eating out. 5 minute walk to Loch itself and Balloch station.

We booked the “suite” option, as the other three options on booking.com say in the title “no hot tub” so I assumed, as you would, that the option I had picked would include the hot tub. It does not. It was very misleading and we did not know this until arrival. After arrival we did try and contact both owners via text and call various times with no answer. We did eventually get through to Cathy and she came to the door and advised of no hot tub. The suite itself was lovely, spacious and clean. But still very disappointed as we booked this specific accommodation for the hot tub.

Booked through booking. Com for room with private hot tub thought we had this but found on arrival only 1 private cottage with private hot tub this was booked so had nice double room Booking. Com made it sound as if we had booked room with hot tub the way advert worded

I like the fact that it has washing machine as I do a lot of muddy terrains. The location is also key here. Close to bus and train station. They provide generous amount of milk, coffee, and tea as well

Good stay it was quiet clean warm and tidy . Tea or coffee, clean towels linen and hot water . Close to the town couldn't complain one bit . Would definitely stay again .

The room was fine ; clean and comfortable with a good bed. A radiator with its own temperature control allowed us to have as much warmth as we liked. We were happy to find a tea/coffee tray and a kettle. The hosts are lovely people, friendly and helpful - many thanks, Cathy. Balloch has everywhere you need for eating and basic shopping. And of couse, the region is full of interest and beauty.

I couldn't work out the heating in the room, I text the owner past 9pm and he rang me back immediately. Great service, room was very clean and plenty of supplies for teas/coffee - would recommend!
