We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomVery Minor points that did not affect overall stay too much. In spite of a well equipped kitchen, oven has only 1 shelf, so I had to change some cooking plans and couldn't make our proposed pre-Christmas roast dinner. Some random mismatched and chipped crockery and no tea-towels orovided, but we adapted. Poor kitchen lighting low energy bulbs make winter evening cooking and washing up a challenge.
This lovely property felt like a home from home, and I didn't want to leave! Convenient location, clean, warm, spacious and reasonably well equipped for self catering. With family living nearby it was ideal to have them visit me for meals and relaxing together as the flat caters to 6. Bed was very comfortable and I slept well as Glasgow Road gets quiet at night. Stress-free parking space was a suburban bonus. Visiting just before Christmas, the Christmas tree was an atmospheric bonus. Definitely recommend and will consider booking again.

Great location, comfortable and noise levels were good 👍 Loved that there were 3 double beds available - my teenage children are very tall, so each having a double bed was perfect. Also each having a separate bedroom was great. Kitchen was fab with a washing machine and dishwasher available, perfect place to stay. Oh, and Tim Hortons is only a 10 min drive away so bonus...

The flat was beautiful with a lovely garden and views all around. Super spacious, with high ceilings and comfy beds. The area was very nice with parks and golf clubs on the door step.

United KingdomCouldn’t fully close bedroom doors, maybe due to coats of paint on them? Beds creaked quite a bit and no shelving/drawers in 3rd room. Kitchen tap dripping and leaking. Spotty Wi-Fi and tv reception. Bit of a struggle getting luggage through the baby gate at the top of the stairs.
Great having 3 double beds. Normally find one room has singles which is annoying, but not here. Amazing decor in each room and comfy mattresses. Blackout blinds. Far enough from the road that traffic wasn’t a problem. Great location for touristing both directions. Kitchen was amazingly stocked. Staff were so helpful and quick to sort out issues (missing bulb, kitchen sink).

United KingdomThe bathroom could do with a deep clean - please see attached pictures. Getting into the property through a letting agency isn’t the most straight forward. We were told to call a number, the number didn’t answer after several calls. We then were told to message and call another number. A lock box would be more convenient.
As we needed to be close to Ross Hall Hospital the property was in an ideal location for that purpose. Rooms were very spacious. It was also great having a secure parking spot.

United KingdomFront door was opened remotely after contacting the agent. We weren’t told where the door key was or how to use the electronic lock. Flat spacious but could have been cleaner, bin in the bedroom hadn’t been emptied, hairs on bathroom floor and shower.

My husband phoned to let them know the situation, he then received a message back saying the cleaners put 2 bath towels in each bedroom. It took 4 days & several messages to get 2 more bath towels. Luckily our daughter wasn’t arriving till then.
