Exactly what was expected for this price range. Comfortable and clean with lovely staff. Its a budget option but was clean and did the job.

Evenings were a bit chilly, it would have been good to have the ability to control the temperature (rather just the bathroom). Nevertheless, it wasn't an issue, I am just making a comment and it didn't effect me overly.

I booked room as it was close to Terminal 2, had Wifi and private bathroom. Breakfast not being provided etc, were not important to me and I wouldn't really expect them for the price paid.

TV had no pictures, for normal channels, although reported to contact, you are left to sort it yourself

Late checkin could be problematic. We arrived late midnight due to a long flight delay. I communicated that would be the case and asked for check-in procedure and how to get the key. No reply back from host... that would have helped and avoided late call to figure out how to get in. In the end all was fine, but the late call from me could have been avoided with some simple reply.

I know it is probably done to make guests feel better and gives a sense of cleanliness, but I think the scent of detergent on the towels and sheets is too strong. Especially the sheets and pillowcases - it is just too strong and too close to the nose :)

This was a good place to spend a night before the flight. 15 mins by bus to Heathrow, so it makes things very easy. The room is spacious and pretty comfortable. Some complimentary biscuits along with the usual tea and coffee were a pleasant surprise :) Made us feel welcome

The carpet, would be better to rip it out and put hard flooring over insulation.

I liked the location, the price, simplicity and the ability to have my motorbike hidden within earshot.

New carpets and a lick of paint would help. Cordless kettle would be good.Finances to pay for this may have suffered during Covid. Shower needs a little tray for soap etc.

Good value for money. Good facilities and location. Landlady came out to meet me and show me room and where local shops were. Room also had fridge and microwave, plus kettle, tv and coffee/tea and biscuits.

Keys were a bit harder to use and fiddly in the older door locks vut that's about all.

Property was a short drive to Windsor where I was attending an event and certainly very much lower in price than Windsor itself, so value for money. Also had free parking for hire car which was great. Rooms dated but clean, plenty of room and everything worked. Has desk space.

I had to wait 30 minutes outside the property for the owner to arrive. the door downstairs wasn’t working with the key because it was really tough.

I liked that it had a microwave, a working tv and a good bathroom.

Slight confusion on arrival as the protocol wasn't very clear, but was soon sorted after a phonecall to the owner. Most of the room seamed pretty clean, but bedside table clearly hadn't been cleaned as there was food scraps on top

Convenient location for Legoland. Ideal for my son and I. Microwave came in handy for breakfast. Good for the cheap price.

On arrival it was raining and I was wandering around in the dark trying to get in .. eventually a very friendly guy told me I wasn’t expected but they did have a room ! There was a large open rain drain with out a cover .. not very safe ! Not a great start to my arrival
