Lovely, warm and quirky. Great size. Booked last miunet as we decided on a spontaneous little break for our 21yr anniversary. we was only 20mins away when we booked and the host was amazing. She made sure we had everything we needed and was on call if we had any problems. We will definitely be back but when it's a bit warmer so we can enjoy the garden and maybe have a bbq which is supplied. Thank you and see you soon x

Master bedroom mattesss was much softer than I would have normally liked. However, this is not a massive negative as a mattress can't cater to everyones needs.

Property was fantastically located for our needs, was definitely cozy but not cramped with 5 of us. Well equipped with everything we needed, including tea, coffe and host had left some biscuits and sweets for us too. Host was very accomodating of our very late check in and later check out request. Was a 5-10 minute walk to the seafront snfmd Princes Park. Would definitely look to stay here again.

Sofa was a bit hard, uncomfortable. A nice soft corner group would be lovley but that's just personal preference

Beds a bit small

It was perfect for the 2 day stay! Reasonably close to all we needed! The park was straight across the road for easy access for dog walks!

Not a case of not liking but the toilet seat needs adjusting to stop it moving and now the summer is upon us the bathroom walls could do with a spruce up Other than that all was good and a big thank you for letting us use it.

Good communication with the owner, location was good. Close to local shops, small cafes and chip shops etc. Short walk to Prince's park and the sea front. Accommodation was great for our needs , easy to park, quiet street especially during the evening. Thanks for the wine and the Polish sweet snacks too.

There was nothing not to like.

We loved our stay. The cottage is very cosy and funky! Very well equipped and in an excellent location for exploring Eastbourne. Beds were comfy, the outside space was perfect and the kitchen and living room had everything we needed.

The Shower not being able to stand under. The toilet seat needed a tighten.

The quirkiness of the many features was definitely a good talking point.

Really comfortable, clean welcoming stay with excellent communication from the host throughout. The cottage is opposite a park with lake and playground and 5-10 minute walk to a great pub (kid and dog friendly) the Alexandra Arms that serves good vegetarian and vegan food. We drive to amazing walks along beach head but you could get the bus.

The extra lights in the kitchen did not work and it was quite dark to prepare food

cables!! everywhere - not a problem but difficult with a 2 year old. bedding a little tired - sheets very bobbly.

Sofa in living room was very uncomfortable therefore had to sit on chairs and floor. Master bed mattress also a little uncomfortable and found ourselves rolling into the middle of the bed. Some things in the house showing a little wear and tear ie bobbly bed sheets and baking trays which could do with replacing.

Lovely little house with everything you need. Nice and clean with some nice little touches. Good communication with owner when needed.

The chairs in the lounge are very uncomfortable, the master bedroom bed mattress is uncomfortable, especially when you have two people in it!

The cottage is beautiful, very clean and great position. Owner very attentive to detail. Even had tea, coffee and sugar, was left a bottle of wine, biscuits and cakes! Thank you for a lovely stay.

the sofa is very uncomfortable, on an evening we couldn’t sit for longer than an hour to watch the tele, no tele in the bedrooms either. the other chairs in the living room seemed like they had just been added to fill space. I would suggest getting a comfortable L shaped sofa and do away with the other chairs/wooden blanket box as it did feel quite cramped and not a comfortable space, we just wanted to relax after work & dinner but had to go lye on the bed early as it was so uncomfortable. the mattress in the front bedroom we felt like we were both rolling into the middle of the bed. these are just small things but I think they’d make a huge difference to an already fantastic property.

the property was very clean, brilliant location and perfect for us. we had two small dogs with us so the outside space was perfect for them as it is completely secure and walled which meant they weren’t barking at everything or anyone going past. modern and quirky. we would definitely stay here again.
