The cottage is in a great location - it's a very very short walk to the wheat sheaf pub and the town centre. It was really tastefully decorated, really spacious inside, has its own sweet little garden. Kitchen had everything if you needed a longer stay (washing machine and dishwasher). Beds very comfortable. Good Wifi, and good selection of options on tv. The owner met us to hand in keys and there was milk and some chocolate biscuits waiting for us. Absolutely loved it.!

Everything about this lovely little townhouse was perfect. It’s very well- equipped and beautifully renovated and ideally situated near to Hubbards Hills, St James, and the centre of Louth. We found parking easy too.

This is our second stay at this lovely, little cottage. Clean and well kept. Ideally located just a short distance from both the town centre, with its lovely pubs, cafes and delis etc and countryside walks for our dog. We visited in December and there was a lovely Christmas tree and decorations up which was a nice touch. There is free on road parking available close to the property. We'd definitely recommend staying at Fourteen Westgate and we hope to book again in the near future.

The second bedroom had no way of blocking the light coming in from the sky light. Nothing major but thought we'd mention it.

Sandie, the host, was lovely and incredibly accommodating which was Hugely Appreciated. Tea, coffee and fresh milk had been left for us which was a lovely touch. To be honest, 14 Westgate couldn't have been Any more Perfect! It was clean, warm and ever so comfortable. Sandie provided everything to make your stay superb - a Home from Home. The beds and sofas were very comfortable and the bathroom and little courtyard garden were lovely. Even the decor throughout was very well done. Everything felt clean and fresh and very good quality. There was ample parking a stone throw away making loading and unloading easy. The very short walk to the town centre was picturesque and very quick, taking you past Louth's stunning church and a lovely tea room before finding the high street filled with some wonderful dependant shops, an indoor and outdoor market, art galleries, cafes, cheese mongers, antique shops, the list goes on. Louth is a Great town and 14 Westgate is a perfect choice to make your stay a comfortable and pleasant one.

I loved the location in a very pretty and quiet part of Louth, it's only takes a matter of minutes to walk into the centre where there are many lovely shops, restaurants and pubs. The house is beautifully furnished, sparkling clean and very comfortable. It's a perfect home from home. Congratulations to the owner for providing top class accommodation.

Probably down to personal preference but found the mattress in main room a little hard for my liking and a blind or eye mask in the second bedroom would help with the sky light in the morning. Again, just personal preferences, everything really is amazing!
