The property is massive and is remote, so very quiet and very dark at night. Long driveway no road just pot holes.

Very friendly staff. Room very comfortable. Access to seating area/ kitchen is a real bonus. Also, craft shops on the premises with some very interesting items. Lovely wood for walking beside the property, and you can also enjoy seeing lots of birds at feeding stations from cafe.

Enjoyed it all. In an ideal world I would have an en-suite bathroom but due the age of the property this is not possible so isn’t a negative.

The milk for coffee making curdled when I used it. The driveway is signed as being in poor condition but does take some effort to navigate on a motorcycle.

Very helpful and friendly staff, the property is quirky in a good way and very relaxing. The location is excellent for getting to the Scrabster ferry.

The wonderful hospitality at Forse of Nature. Thank you Lynn. We loved our comfortable room & all the amenities offered. There was also a wonderful guest lounge with comfy chairs & tea/coffee making facilities. We were delighted it has a lift/elevator!

Great location and amazingly friendly hosts who upgraded us to a ensuite room on arrival. Made myself and my partner very welcome and the cafe and shop are well worth a visit in the morning for a good breakfast and some lovely gifts and stock in the shop. Would return in a heartbeat.

No evening meals available which was a shame as there is not a lot of places to eat nearby, some forward planning required for the evening !

A great setting for this hotel. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was superb. A great sense of freedom and calm at this hotel. Lots of outdoor space to roam and amazing wildlife. A little dated on the interior but this added to the charm of this grand home. I felt very catered for and left relaxed.

the entrance driveway is not in the best condition. The entrance signage is easy to miss.

friendly staff made the stay enjoyable. Dog friendly accommodation although we had to use the lift to reach the room the dog was OK with that. Interesting period hotel with magnificent grounds.

We had a lovely stay at your place due to the nice house in a marvellous environment, the very friendly owners and great breakfast and cakes. The owner are incredible well informed about ancient or nature sightseeing points in the area and are keen too share it with the visitors. We fully recommend this place to stay there some days to relaxe and to visit interesting sights

Hard to come up with what’s not to like. It’s an old house, which is part of the draw, but the bed could use to be updated. A comfy mattress would do wonders!

Property and grounds are beautiful. Lovely and warm greeting when arrived, we were made to feel welcome. Our room had everything we needed (and a very comfortable bed!) We used the grounds to walk our dog which was nice. Quiet and relaxing place to stay.

Beautiful historic home, large bedroom, comfortable beds. Beautiful surroundings, magical garden. Even though we didn't have much time to stay, we were impressed by the house. Cafe in the building and shop. Absolutely wonderful hostess. Thank you very much for your stay. I will definitely come again.
