We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe meals in the dining room were very expensive. The bedrooms lacked luxury and special touches to take it to the next level
The receptionist was outstanding and dealt with any issues with kindness and thoughtfulness. The buffet breakfast was exceptional. It was delicious and so much choice. The meals in the lounge were tasty and in a relaxing atmosphere. All the staff were very obliging.

Staff were brilliant on reception on arrival. Very helpful. The room had been set out beautifully by agnie for our anniversary. The tv had good information on there. Plenty of different types of lighting and plenty of plug sockets. The bed was also comfortable. The complementry mini bar was a big hit with us. The added extras that we added to our room were there ready and waiting for us on our arival. The evening meal was delicious and the breakfast was cooked well. Plenty of selection. Plenty of parking there. Assess to the leisure facilities were brilliant. All staff throughout our stay were very polite and professional.

United KingdomThe bar was so busy first night. We decided to have some dinner in ground floor restaurant and ordered for 4 meals. But we got after 40 mins and I had cold grilled steak. Was not happy and I asked warmed one but still cold when they brought back it again.

Very clean, staff were very accommodating in busy circumstances. They could not do enough to make sure our stay was a great one. Spa was also very clean and the facilities were great!

United KingdomIt was a very busy weekend (end of school holidays) and the bar / restaurant staff were starting to struggle to cope with queues developing. That said they did cope and were very apologetic for the wait plus remained professional and courteous. I would suggest that on a less busy night then no issues would arise.
Breakfast was very nice and plentiful. The hotel was clean and modern. Staff were all very courteous and professional and couldn’t do enough for you. The rooms were excellent. Parking great and free. Picturesque setting for the hotel, wish we could have stayed longer and make more of the facilities etc.
