Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe only negative feeback for the hotel is that there were not enough coffee machines in action for the amount of diners at breakfast. There was one - they could have done with three (one was broken).
I was very impressed by the fact that the hotel offered breakfast (with cookedbreakfast option) from 4am. My friends and I were cycling the Etape Caledonia so it was an early start

United KingdomParking is difficult if you don't get there early and fines are imposed if you park without registering your car. I arrived at 5pm and found the car park full, also the parking bay bay in front of the Hotel was coned off. I had no where to nearby stop to checkin and quickly take my cases to my room. I had to park about 500 metres away for the first night. The Hotel must ensure there is place for guests to park for a short while to check in when the car park is full. Parking my car on the main road to move cones at the Hotel entrance is dangerous.

Central location. Very charming and accommodating staff. Lift to access upper room. Parking adjacent. Good breakfast, all you could wish for. “Pub” part of hotel, next door has outdoor seating, serves good food and service is very impressive. I arrived early, my luggage was taken good care of.
