No problems with the property as such. But a couple of points to raise for a smooth check in process for the other guests - 1) The check in time is 3pm and we requested a late check in of 10.30pm. The check in code was not shared until 6pm and this creates a sense of confusion. Please inform your guest if you want to share the code later for security reasons. No reply after a number of reach outs seems a bit odd. The e-mail clearly says the check in code will be shared once the deposit of 150£ has been made. Though this was not done. A clear communication from the host will makes things comfortable. 2)The check in instructions were not shared until I messaged the owner to get them. This should be the priority of the host and not the other way round. 2) The lock box downstairs is damaged and needs to be repaired. It was difficult to keep the keys back in.

Location is perfect. A 5min walk from the liverpool lime street station. It is in the city centre and hence you have numerous restaurants to choose from. House is clean and have all things you would need during your stay. Late check out of 12.30pm was agreed on request.

Very strong smell of smoke in the downstairs entrance area and in the hallways from neighbours but thankfully this didn't leak into the apartment. However was unpleasant arriving and leaving the property.

Really nice touch to include some breakfast items for us such as bread, eggs, cereal, milk and croissants.

It was really cold when i just arrived, and was waiting quite a bit for hot water.

The water was taking some time to boil for us to have a shower.

The apartment was really nice and clean, the bathroom is new and has a big shower and a towel heater, there was a welcome pack in the kitchen with eggs, bread, cereals, croissants and marmalade and in the fridge a carton of milk and butter, a really nice and welcome touch, also loved that they had a christmas tree with decorations and lights, and some other festive decorations around the apartment, the sofa bed and double bed were comfy and the rooms were lovely and warm with the radiators. Its only a short walk from the city centre and has a tesco supermarket right nearby. All in all a great stay with a friendly and accommodating owner.

Easy to get to and get into with simple instructions. Property was very clean and overall a well equipped apartment. Fantastic location - great for our gig at the Academy - down the road. Great location for central Liverpool too, with a nearby Tesco. Loved the fact the host left breakfast items, fresh milk, eggs, cereals, etc; very welcome addition.. Plenty of towels, spare bedding if needed.

The flat had everything you need for a short stay. There was even eggs,bread,butter, breakfast cereal provided and all utensils etc for cooking. The flat was very clean and well maintained.. You can see that this owner takes pride in keeping the flat looking great. Communicating with the owner was very easy and friendly.

The sofa bed could have been a bit bigger but it was comfy.

Communication was excellent and clear. Location is great and quiet. Loved the welcome basket, thank you. Terry has thought of everything, even an extension lead so handy when you have four girls in the apartment. It felt like i was staying in my own apartment, so homely and nice.I would definitely stay here again.

The flat was spacious and had everything needed for a city break with the family; kitchen appliances for cooking, fridge freezer and there were even books and board games. One bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the lounge. It was quiet, but in a central location, within walking distance of all the main attractions. On the same street as the O2 Academy and round the corner from a theatre. Three minutes walk from St. George’s Hall. There were plenty of car parks within walking distance too. It was warm and very clean. No city view, but this wasn’t expected. We really enjoyed our stay and would come again.
