We didn’t realise how close the mobile home was to the main train line, it was loud, and was the only downside, for us.

Lovely and clean, lots of appliances in kitchen, more than we have had in other mobile homes, which was really helpful when cooking. Comfortable beds, we had a nice break.

Didn’t come with park passes but turns out only the pool is free anyway and for 1 x hr session. Caravan is located close to many of the little beaches and walks around.

Its a good property to stay with family and friends, nice clean and good for money. The host is very flexible and nice, made all arrangements for our stay and very responsive. Location is only problem if you are coming via public transport.

Caravan is based in one of Haven sites and we were quite disappointed to find out that we had to pay extra £40 per person (we were staying for one night only) to use their swimming pool or any facilities apart from the arcade and one of the food providers. Wish this was made clearer.

Everything was good.

It was very nice, the rooms were small but it was all that we needed for a couple of nights. The lounge kitchen was more spacious than we expected. By mistake we just booked one night, the host lady asked the neighbors if someone had any space empty, but we did not have any luck, however, it was nice she tried. As we realized the same morning we left a bit later that we were asked to. But Jane was nice and polite all the time.

My husband and i slept on the sofa bed which really wasnt very comfortable. There was also a very bright lampost outside the living room window, with inadequate curtains we didnt sleep very well, but we were only there one night so we didnt mind too much. Also an iron and ironing board were not available.

The static caravan was the nicest weve ever stayed in. Everything was new and clean, it really was lovely. Great campsite and we were able to use the pool and see the entertainment in the evening

Absolutely stunning place to stay, spotlessly clean and tidy. It was raining the first day so we played the board games that were available until it eased off. The caravan is only a short walk to the beach and to the amenities, outdoor seating area on a veranda was available but we didnt get to use it due to poor weather. I think everything we needed was catered for by the hosts. We will hopefully be back in the future to stay again. Also enjoyed the prosecco and chocolates lovely touch!

No prosecco or chocolates on arrival or even later! Could not use swimming pool etc. as the Entertainment passes were £186 for 1 adult and up to six children. Used the pub, amusement arcade, playground and supermarket.

Location was good for visiting Tank Museum, Monkey World, Poole Harbour and the beach
