The bathroom was small and it was hard to get in the shower it could do with a sliding door for the shower and we would have a room on the 2nd floor again because it not suitable for disabled next time we hope to get a room on the first floor.

The property outside was clean and tidy and when we got in to get our key there was amazing customer service and a friendly atmosphere and it was like being home from home. The room on the second floor was amaculate and clean the room looked like it was freshly decorated and the bathroom was clean. After a good night sleep on the first day we had a full English breakfast and the product used was the finest and we was greated with a smile and it made are day. The boss of the property was doing everything from reception to cooking and taking orders but we have had an amazing time and we wood definitely come back to this family run b and b guest house and I will be recommending this establishment. The cleaner do an amazing job and very welcoming and all the staff couldn't be anymore helpful

Central location with easy location to both town & beach. Lovely spotless room with kettle, tea/coffee/hot chocolate, shower & exceptional breakfast. Easy parking on site & the owner was lovely.

The front single room on the first floor while being compact - with a further compact enclosed area with hand basin / toilet really was just about useable for someone as tall / good strong build as myself i.e. 6ft 3" 19st The position of the glass shelf above the basin makes an interesting obstacle to overcome when washing your face / wet shaving your face!- so if your any taller / larger I dont think you should opt for this room - while it it very pleasant & clean and has all you need - but be aware the private shower room for room no.1 is a few steps away out in the communal hallway - all worked well and I personally had no issues considering what I paid for the 3 night stay.

Breakfast was of a very good quality and well cooked presented and included in the room rate - I also availed of two evening meals which were both three course along with tea / coffee and were also excellent value & highly recommended. I also liked the fact that the proprietor Kathleen said that if the larger single room was available I could have had that one

Very clean cosy well equipped room with everything you needed including delicious cookies and cake on arrival. The breakfast was outstanding with good quality full English breakfast as well as fruit, yogurts, cereal etc. Good location for sea front and shops and but nice and quiet at night. Me my husband and our dog had a lovely relaxing stay and would highly recommend. Thank you very much

Breakfast was lovely and cooked well,also good ingredients.kathleen and her granddaughter gracie were very helpful and lovely.nothing was to much trouble,very close to the town but far enough to not be noisy of a night.very comfortable bed.would definitely stay again and would recommend. Xx

Absolutly brilliant bnb you will not stop in a better one in skegness, stopped as a family of 11 all rooms perfect comfy and clean, breakfast was beautiful will make you whatever you will ask for even got kippers in for my uncle what he asked for the day before 10/10 will deffo be returning

Fairfax is a very clean b&b with comfy beds and a spacious shower to use. The owner is a very nice lady who is very helpful and can cook a very nice full English breakfast. Location is perfect

The shower was a little problem. It kept going to cold every few seconds. However, did manage it.

Breakfast was great. They also catered for my daughter, who is vegan. So that was excellent. Plus the bonus was allowing dogs as well.

Just the shower in the room 9 couldn't be controlled properly. TV was a little small and the sound a little tinny.
