We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

EstoniaGood location, airport bus leaves after every 30 minutes and with affordable price (for 1 adult and 3 kids in total was 4 gbp). Good shower water pressure, kettle in the room to make tea and coffee. Many usb ports to load phones. Hotel serves breakfast officially starting from 4 o'clock am, but we asked for earlier possibility to have quick bite (since our flight was at night) and some breakfast was served already starting from 3.15 am. Big thanks to hotel for the hospitality!

IrelandI would have to say, I was really disappointed that you have to pay for the bus to the airport when your staying at the hotel, so we spent 24pounds on 3 transfers to and from the airport and train. I think if staying it should be free on proof of reservation.

DenmarkThe room was way too hot! We couldn’t adjust the room temperature and it seemed to be the same problem in all the rooms because we asked to change the room. The window could not be opened. We had just come back from Mexico and this room was the hottest we experienced in the entire vacation!
The hotel is perfectly situated for an early morning flight from stansted. The shuttle bus came on time and you could pay with credit card. We were also able to have an early check in which was really nice. The grab n go breakfast in the morning was really nice!

Room was tidy, and excellent for the value. Liked that hotel was client oriented - essentials that hotel provides if client has forgotten them. Ironing board with the iron provided in the room. Shuffle from the airport every 15min(adult 4gbp for the trip one way trip, and until 16 free).
