We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

However we were able to access our room before 3 when there was a change at the reception desk.

GermanyI would prefer to get an invoice in the evening and not having to wait in the morning. It took the hotel a while to print an invoice at 4:30am.
The ibis budget is only minutes (to walk) from departure area. This was perfect for my needs. I arrived late in the evening, dropped off my rental car and had to walk only 5 minutes to the hotel. From the hotel it is only a 3 min walk to the airport. The rooms are standard ibis budget, but ok for a short night.

Location excellent, really close to the main terminal, Room - small but adequate, comfortable bed, clean. A good place to lay down your head before flying off to your destination. Couldn’t get the free tea & coffee on offer due to a flood, but not their fault…. One of those things!

United KingdomThe shower situation was a bit difficult as the frosted glass is a bit see through and doesn’t give much privacy, fine for couples but was staying with 2 friends so it wasn’t ideal although we made it work :)
Exactly what we needed, really easy to get to and from the NEC via the air link service, and the room was surprisingly spacious and maximised its space really well! Beds were comfy, everything was clean and we were given fresh towels each night, bar was great also!

United StatesThere is no place to pull up your car to just unload it. We ended up with a 25 £ parking bill for being forced to park close enough so the four of us could empty our rental car of all of our luggage from a 3 week trip. So much for saving money by staying here! The rooms are clean but we honestly felt like we were in a prison cell they were so small and utilitarian. Sink was tiny, toilet in a closet that even my 5 foot 1 inch frame hit the walls! We had to open the window for air as there’s no air conditioning and the noise from the traffic all night long kept me awake.
Easy walk to the terminals at Birmingham Airport The shower was good.
