Friendly staff great location good value

The room was a bit small, we only had one suitcase and a couple of backpacks so it was ok, but if we had another carry-on suitcase, I’m not sure where it would fit. The room doesn't have any air conditioning and was quite warm even during a rainy weekend in April. It also faced the road, so leaving the windows open at night brought in a lot of noise from the street below.

The room was clean and had all the basic amenities you might need for a short stay in London. The staff was friendly and the hotel is located in a safe area, near a big train, bus and metro station and shopping center. Plenty of places to eat and drink around too.

Note staff let us store bags before check in and after we had checked out to allow us to explore London without the hassle of bags. Very friendly and very happy

The shower was clogged. The staff when I arrived was not friendly. Was on the phone the entire time when I checked in. She didn’t even looked like she wanted to be there. No smiling og hi when I walked in. My window was right in front to the bus stop. So there was a lot of noise and loud talkable ppl waiting for the bus at night.

We went to see Abba the Voyage, about 25 min walk, only stayed 1 night, not the best area, but suited us very well

Square toilet seat, which shifted. Wallpaper dated. Fan hanging off wall.

Some things in the room were broken. E.g. the fan didnt work. Very difficult to close the windows completely to drown out the noise from the main road. (It may be a common window type, but I'd never come across one like that before) 2nd night was much quiter after some googling to work out how to secure window further. The fan wasn't an issue (although maybe in the summer that may be an issue for someone). Maybe some instructions on closing the windows ref the different levels of closure would be useful. As i say we were able to close them fully and block most of the sound out on our second night. But on our first night the noise that they let in was awful even though they seemed to be completely closed.

Situation. Close to good transfer links and to olympic park. Friendly staff. Clean.

Not enough pillows on bed (only 2 for a double bed) and no hand towel in the bathroom.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location for the O2 was great.

-Noise cancelling of the room -Heating was too much in the bathroom and wasn't easy to turn it off -Wifi wasn't working

Doors into the rooms bang shut very loudly. Where I was seemed to be opposite a room used by people who went in and out all night and showed no respect to people in other rooms. The banging of the doors just kept me up all night into the early hours of the morning. This should have been monitored by staff a bit more.

I had a corner room, so lots of space. All very clean and a comfortable bed. Nice shower with good pressure and hot water.

Very little improving would make a difference: two hangers on the rear of the toilette’s door for towels, for example.

The room was small and very warm. Could not leave the window open over night as it looked on to a busy main so would have been difficult to sleep through the noise

I would have liked more than 1 pillow (however I’m sure if I had gone to reception I could have got another) in room 112 the bathroom door didn’t close h less you locked it.

The room was spacious and both the room and bathroom were very clean.

I have nothing to complain about and I would recommend it to anyone who needs accommodation in this area.

It was good location for where I needed to be.Stratford centre was close by and Westfield shopping centre. Just a short walk from Stratford station. My single room was really clean and comfortable and I slept very well. I wasn’t sure what to expect but I was very pleasantly surprised and at a very reasonable price.
