Felt like home from home. Very cosy. Comfortable beds. Lovely modern bathroom with powerful shower. Good cooking facilities. My husband enjoyed lighting a fire and my son was very pleased about being able to get onto our netflux account! Couldn't have asked for more.

Nothing we didn’t like but it was a bit further out than other property which we saw that are more central, as we do have a 5yr old who does like walking very far!

Only some minor cosmetics- Starting to look a little tired in places. The paint by the back door and the ceiling in the living room.

Not much tbh, we decided to park around the corner from the property because close to a junction…not really an issue. Was informed double beds made up, one room is a double with single beds…didn’t cause any issue was just a flip of a coin moment…

Well appointed cottage with everything you could need, home from home. Very well located in the village to walk to enjoy everything from the Falls to the 3 pubs, local shops.

This small house is well located and beautifully presented inside. The rooms are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. We had a fantastic stay here.

Immaculately clean, good location, good lay out with spacious bedrooms - also on opposite sides of hallway do not on top of each other. Ingleton’s fantastic main bakery with its early opening hours right opposite for breakfast / lunch supplies

Lovely refurbished cottage done to a high standard. We was able to check in early and check out late that made our trip work much better. We would absolutely stay here again.

The description said parking was on the road outside the cottage, which wasn’t incorrect however the road was very narrow immediately outside and close to the junction so we didn’t feel confident parking there and had to park further away. This wasn’t a big problem just the only thing that wasn’t as expected.

Not a lot of privacy at the Rear for sitting out. Didn’t feel comfortable parking at the Front Entrance so parked at the end of the street for safety reasons.

I wouldn’t park the car outside the front of the property as it is a narrow road, but there is ample parking on a road near tear the rear entrance. No problem.

Lovely cottage that was spotlessly clean. Highly equipped kitchen with everything you need. Great communication with the owners. Ideal location for our 3 peaks challenge with our starting point 8 mins away. The local shops were great with takeaways and pubs for eating.

We were surprised that there was no coffee maker. As we were staying with children for over a week, a washing machine/dryer would have been convenient as there is no laundrette nearby.

We stayed in Emelia Cottage for 9 nights in July 2023. We had a lovely stay. It has a good location in Ingleton - only 10 min walk to village. Nice bakery next door! The accommodation was clean with very high quality furnishings. The shower was a pleasure to use! It was very good value.

Noise from the road but needed the cool air at night.

The bathroom and kitchen were lovely. The waterfall shower was fantastic. Location in terms of getting into village.

Parking, traffic a little noisy

Clean nicely decorated property, parking is a bit iffy, I struggled to get the normal tv on so I just watched YouTube, some kitchen towels would be a good addition, the beds are comfy, the bathroom is very good , a nice place to stay.
