Everything was of such a good standard, it's hard to pick anything wrong, the only suggestion would maybe to have blackout blind / curtains in the bedroom.

The location is ideal for visiting the Arena and jewellery quarter. The accommodation was very clean and is just like a home from home with everything you would need. The secure parking is a massive bonus for a city centre.

Absolutely would recommend staying here, lovely apartment with everything that you need and more, very clean and tidy, very close to the arena as well as the city centre. Taka was a very assiduous host, we will definitely be booking again. Thank you so much for out stay

The carpet is old and dirty. Corridor smells. Door needs to be able to be locked inside!!

Love this property for the location, the facilities and the parking but the only thing that lets it down is the tired decor and carpet! And the smell in the corridor outside is awful (but that’s not elites fault) I do think it’s a little overpriced but it’s right near my daughters apartment so I pay it to be close

Need to be aware of a 8 min walk to collect and drop off keys if arriving on foot. 10am checkout a little early.

Very clean and lovely furnishings. Good size with everything you could need catered for. Location near some nice bars and a fairly short walk to the city centre. Would definitely use again and recommend.

I really likes how clean and modern the property was with all the the extras included in a brilliant location. We found an amazing Asian restaurant just on the corner with the best Asian food we've tried.

Nothing. Only con is that lift was out of order at time of arrival but apartment is only up one short flight of stairs so this was not an issue for us.

Spacious clean apartment near to central Birmingham (15 min walk from new street and Brindley Place) in a quiet area. Host is very attentive and phones to check everything is okay for you and talks through where everything is (heating, extra bedding ect). I requested that all 3 beds be made up and host accommodated this. Car parking space available on request in a secure fee free location. Key collection is a short walk from apartment and fairly straightforward. Would highly recommend

Little bit of a faff to get keys from a different location but instructions were helpful. Host was in regular contact with us.

That bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! Truly sumptuous! Good facilities and space for our stay. Good range of lighting throughout. Tea and coffee in cupboard. Good range of options for sleeping included the extra sofa beds in both the lounge and the bedroom.

Great location. Close to Utilita stadium (10 minute walk) and Bull ring (15 min walk) property comes with parking space so car was off the road. Everything we needed for an over night stay. Connivence store below. Comfy beds. Clean.

Our Host was great and the apartment was clean, comfortable and had a few basic items like coffee, tea, sugar and the host ensured that there was a small bottle of fresh milk too. The shop and secure parking space was an added bonus. Perfect spot for visiting the Utilita stadium.
