Some confusion about getting instructions on the day of arrival but that may have been the fault of the app rather than the host, who did send us details in the end. We knew we were going there at the end of November so it would be chilly. The heaters in the caravan kept us warm for most of the week but couldn't cope with the last two sub zero days and nights. But like I said we knew it would be cold at the end of November. So we bought hot water bottles and vowed not to do a caravan in those temperatures again! Will come in warmer times next time.

Great little caravan. Easy to find from the instructions and map. Everything we needed. It was so lovely that tea and coffee, washing up liquid etc were there when we arrived. Very clean caravan indeed. All we needed to hand, only needed to bring towels and tea towels with us. Good location, only a bus ride away from Musselborough, Portobello and Edinburgh. We made good use of our weekly bus pass travel card! Busses were regular and had some great coastal views too. As we were there off season we only met security but they were friendly and helpful. We would absolutely come back again!

It took Donna along time to reply with check in details

Caravan was great , clean tidy , everything we needed for our stay was there . As it was winter there were lots of heaters around and there were switched on when we got there so it was nice and warm on arrival

Could do with a new blind in the shower room, and clean the ceiling in the bathroom. Would benefit from a new frying pan and a couple more saucepans

Took a little bit longer to travel Edinburgh than I was expecting (I hour each way by bus) but not too bad as it was one bus each way & bus stopped right outside the holiday park & was reasonably priced.

Lovely well equipped caravan for up to 6 or 7 people in a holiday park with a shop, chippie & laundry onsite & a nice little sandy beach just accross the road & within easy travelling distance of Edinburgh.

Linens were provided but not bath towels. For those traveling from abroad, bringing our own towels isn't feasible. We had to forego showers for this reason. I had asked via the portal if towels were available several weeks ahead, but did not receive a reply until a couple of days prior our stay. By then it was too late to change.

Very clean, location was good, and the check-in was easy. Directions to our unit were a little unclear, but we found it eventually.

The fridge could have been cleaned out from the previous occupants. Other than that nothing else to dislike

It was colder than expected, although there was heating it was not sufficient - had to keep the heating on all night - but it was March.

Very well kept accommodation, clean and tidy. Everything you could want was there necessary for your stay. Close to the sea and easy to get to Edinburgh from the accommodation.

The cleaner forgot to put in the bin bags, so we went to the minimarket to buy some. The host already stated in the list that there were no wifi and towels. So just remember to bring your own towels. We did not notice about the towels and didnt bring ours.

The location was good. It was great for family. My kids enjoyed the playgrounds, arcades and we even went to the beach. There were a mini market, a restaurant and also a fish and chip shop in the area. The caravan is family friendly. There were toaster, microwave and stove. But we didnt use the stove. Donna the host was quick to respond.

£21 for a day pass on site when all I could use it for was to get in to see kids show as I had a 3yr old and a 6mnth old with me

The caravan was comfortable and clean staff on site were friendly and efficient

My only gripe was you could tell the caravan had been smoked in previous to our stay, there was also a lot of fag buts under the van, other than that brilliant 👍
