Incompetent staff at the reception, who changed every day.Examples:my TV switched off(froze) 4 times during my stay.My Front door entrance card often didn't work/probable reason: these various young people "manipulated with Internet settings for the hotel facilities".After I had prolonged my stay with another week the cleaner asked me to leave the room at 10.00& new receptionist insisted for my name not to be on the Guests'List??-error in registering???The heating in my room: impossible to achieve warmer temperature during a day with the device on the wall.Every hr it's witched off"blowing ice- cold air to the room(temp.outside -2C).Simply cold room.No table or chair to work with computer-the only place to sit is the bed!Proposal: may be some portable/folding ones attached to the wall?

No kettle in rooms but at reception there was a machine at reasonable prices.

The price is amazing for the standard of room. No window but comfortable, modern and clean.

Only issues were that the shower door was broken and would only open inwards as someone had forced the hinges the other way meaning it was a squeeze to get in (lucky I’m quite skinny) other than that all good.

Clean modern room. No windows but you pay less for that and not an issue, reception staff were friendly and helpful making check in easy.

This hotel could do with a small table in the room, with beverages made available and, a kettle. This was my only disappointment, of the room. Hot water was available, at a price of £2 per cup. We had to make do with cold drinks and outside cafes for hot drinks. Also, even if I wanted a hot drink. The machine only accepted contactless payment.

Ease of access to the room was excellent. Walk from the hotel to Portman Road was short. Availability to nearby shops was very good.

My room was absolutely freezing when the heating finally did kick in it was about midnight, and it was boiling for about an hour and then very cold. I work outside all year round and fully dressed froze even put my coat on. There are no spare blankets which at the price I understand. The controls did not seem to work despite instructions. Elsewise everything was fine I would stay there again. I would just bring blankets.

Felt safe, it was clean and reasonable well up kept. It is what it says on the tin.

The room was very compact. It did make it difficult for me (as one person) to move around. Let alone if there were 2 people in the room. I used one bed for my luggage and one to sleep in.

What facilities they had were excellent, eg. the shower was gleaming, easy to use, and the perfect temperature without having to fiddle with it. The room and beds were spotless. It had all you needed for a short stay.

Adequate hanging space for two nights only. No flat surfaces to place any teas or coffees - apart from the floor! No tea/coffee making facilities.

Room was very clean. Comfortable bed. Easy temperature control. Everything as expected.

Unfortunately the immediate area outside of the Easyhotel is run down and needs regeneration. I used to live in the area so know it from approx 10 years ago.

I have visited many Easyhotels - reasons why : clean / quiet and get what it says on the booking. You know what you are getting with no surprises.

I booked a room with a window, and we got a room with a window that we couldn't open and with whitened glasses (so you can't see anything outside)... that was not a window at all! There were cheaper options of rooms without windows and I didn't take those as I wanted to have natural light in the room, and a proper window... honestly it felt has if they were taking joke of their customers.

The room was good, clean, not really spacious but we had to stay there only for one night so it was ok. Shower was nice, and bed comfortable and clean. Staff polite and good central location.
